I have been plodding along lifes little journey and not really getting anywhere so it seemed. But that was because I didn't know where I wanted to be. I now have a plan which will probably involve me getting a van and following a little dream I have. It seems quite far away at the moment, but one step at a time and all that shite.
Looks like Im a student again but this time I'm going to learn something. Punting hell Ive moved to Cambridge. I'm studying Illustration and Animation still in the belief that I want a job I like doing rather than a job I hate. Ive done plenty of that.
I can be shy and quiet at times or loud and annoying at other times or some where in between most of the time.
After having a load of jobs that havent inspired me creativaly. Or that havent motavated me to get out of bed on time so I lose there shite job, with a shite manager and a shite wage. I started doing things I liked not to make loads of quids but for fun and to see where it lead me. From that Ive found my self cleaning toliets in an Art and Music Community Centre which I thought was far more inspiring. And that lead me to help run it. Until we fucked up a couplke of years ago and it closed down because we were a bunch of usless hippys. Only joking we were not hippys. And Ive also been helping put on little festivals. But not sure if Im going to be doing any more of that.
At the moment Im back at Uni and seeing where life going to take me. Hopefully some where near my plan, but plans change so we will see.
I like Sex Pistols to the Beach Boys their album Smile is the most beautiful album you will ever hear this life time or the next.Captin beefheart to Aphex Twin and Square Pusher and I can melt to The Orb any time when Im in the bath. Most artists on Ninga Tunes and Warp records. Or just anything odd and interesting.
Monty Pythonholy grail and Life of Brian, Jaws, Withnail and I, Trainspotting, 2001 A Space Odyssey and owt Stanley Kubrick has directed and Fear and Loathing in Las Vagas and owt Terry Gilliam had directed.
Im adding comedy to this list as I used to be a huge fan but recently it has gone stale, but Ive started to notice Doug Stanhope who has a good honest sick and twisted view of life. Which is good as he is added to a list of others who I like too.Bill Hicks Chris Moris Jam/Blue Jam is up there with all the greats like Peter Cook Derek and Clive, Spike Milligan, Lenny Bruce, Richard Pryor.
Ill eat anything except liver that my Mam has cooked. Saying that I havent tried it in a long time and Ive been told to try it in Portugal as they know how to cook it aparantly.
Thats what I used to do when I had a life but I now find myself staying in and studying. Ive gotten a bit board of the party seen lately and haven't found an alternative yet. So Ive been a good and boring boy and stayed in and studied.
Now I've finished uni and studying I don't do much and need to find something to do any suggestions?
