My self-summary
tl;dr = ISFJ for those interested in that stuff.

Hi. I’m Kevin.

I’m a nerd, but probably only fit some of the stereotype... or at least that's probably the easiest way to describe a lot of my hobbies. I have my anti-social moments - mostly due to my poor ability to navigate large social gatherings, but I generally enjoy talking to people.

I seem to be the go-to person for if you want a simple logical answer. My face or energy seems to draw others in. I'm assuming it's because I'm the least threatening person, so I got that going for me, which is nice? In large gatherings (parties, conventions, etc) I am constantly approached by people who want to give me stuff or ask for directions. This shit happens All. The. Time.

I have a tendency to cuss a lot. I am a huge smart-ass... almost all the time. I often do my work while delivering heavy sarcasm. Sometimes it comes off really dry and I get blank stares. Oh well. I thought it was funny.

I am pretty introspective at times and always try to be aware of my impact on others. This is to a fault as I can go out of my way to avoid a negative impact.

I like video games and board games (Monopoly can piss off). That shit is fun. I play them with friends or alone. Just going to admit this now rather than have you find out later and it isn't what you were looking for.
What I’m doing with my life
I do IT work at a retirement community. It's great. I work with both employees and residents. The residents are very happy to have someone show them how to access their email or how to copy and paste and to treat them like a normal person. Age is just a number and it's never too late to learn something new. :)

Outside of that, I have been heavily involved in a national charity event called Extra Life (shameless plug | I help manage the local group here in Indy. All the money we raise here goes to Riley Hospital for Children. This is my 7th year taking part in the event and our second year as an organized local group.
I’m really good at
Pretending to know what the hell is going on. Seriously, I have no idea what I'm doing. Ever.

I'm good at listening to everyone. Your input is important to me until proven otherwise.

Giving logical advice.

I am told that I am very methodical when I work. I try to be as efficient as possible, while still having fun of course!

That guy people seem to trust in any situation. People constantly come up to me and give me shit or ask me questions.

Giving animals voices.

Quoting movies way out of context.

Knowing a little about a lot.

Acting quickly when shit hits the fan.
The first things people usually notice about me
The glasses or the dimples? Being really really ridiculously good looking? No?

Six things I could never do without
Realistically and materialistically:
1. Skittles
2. M&Ms
3. Twizzlers
4. Snickers
5. Twix
6. Pop Rocks

These are in no particular order by the way.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Why I live in a state where the wind hurts my face.

The brain was the first organ to name itself... probably?
On a typical Friday night I am
Watching a movie or playing a game with a friend(s). I enjoy a much more personal atmosphere with good friends. This is not to say I won't go out to events. I love concerts, movies, plays, shows, etc. You will rarely find me in a bar / club / whatever the social standard is, however.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
Negative! I am a meat Popsicle!
You should message me if
I'm pretty easy to talk to, so shoot me a message if you're interested. This works both ways in today's society. More than one short sentence would be great!

Fill your profile out, please! That's what it's for. I will read the whole thing. If not, you better send a really good message. Write as much as you want. I'm not someone who gets bored after three sentences. If you can sum up your personality and life in three sentences, color me impressed.

All that said: I need a movie buddy!
