My self-summary
Hello there, lovely people! I kept saying I would join OKC and finally I'm doing it! Single life is a blast, but I would like to share my spontaneous adventures with someone who would find as much excitement in things as I do.
Here's a quick-reference guide to things I like: concerts/music shows, traveling, Netflix (I'm human so yeah, I like Netflix!), dancing, reading, making slightly awkward moments even more awkward, working out, and vodka tonics.
If you think any of these things are fun and want to join me in some shenanigans or show me something new, I'd love to meet you!
What I’m doing with my life
I work in the healthcare field as a technician at one office and as a home health aide an assisted living. Between the two places I work about 40-50 hours a week, but I still make time for fun! I'm going to be applying to a master's program this summer, but beforehand I'm going on a little excursion to Argentina.
I’m really good at
Cooking, artsy craftsy things like crocheting and painting, drinking coffee in the morning, parallel parking, and taking naps.
The first things people usually notice about me
My hair or my eyes maybe? You tell me!
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Favorite music: an eclectic selection of The Dirty Heads, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Janis Joplin, Nat King Cole, dubstep when I'm working out, Latin music when I'm dancing, Rihanna's pandora station when I'm cooking...I listen to a little bit of everything.
Favorite books: "Scars of Sweet Paradise" about Janis Joplin. And really liked "Never Let Me Go." Thank goodness for the library!
2 of my favorite movies of all time are "Never Let Me Go" and "Empire Records." But normally I lean toward funny or suspenseful movies.
TV: The Walking Dead, 30 Rock, Parks & Rec, The IT Crowd, Archer, Bob's Burgers.
Favorite foods: empanadas, pizza, cheese, thai food, I'll try anything.
The six things I could never do without
Family, friends, music, coffee or yerba mate, the sun, jokes.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
What I want in life, what concert I should buy tickets for next, what craft I should start soon, what trip I should plan next, some random facts...
On a typical Friday night I am
I think this depends on a couple things (especially my work schedule). But I'm either in watching movies, out with some friends for dinner or drinks, or going out dancing!
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
Hmm... how about you ask me if there's anything you want to know and I'll tell you :)
You should message me if
you like what you see and read and want to know more!
