I've tried and played a ton of organized sports. Hockey, baseball, volleyball, badminton, dodgeball and floor hockey to name a few. I even played a few seasons of competitive broomball back in university. For the past few years I've been playing disc golf and as a goalie in floor hockey.
I love heading up to the cottage. My family has had a place up in cottage country since I was a kid and it's my favourite place in the world. I try to get up there as much as I can throughout the year.
I like camping. That's kinda a new thing over the last few years. I've been to Algonquin and Killarney a bunch of times over the last few summers/falls.
I go to Blue Jays games even when the team sucks and I splurge on playoff tickets when they are available every couple decades. I will drag you out to a game and regale you with wondrous facts about baseball that many confuse for boring, useless knowledge.
I enjoy getting together with friends at pubs to debate politics and solve the world's problems. I'm a bit of a beer snob. Any girl with a stout or scotch in her hand is instantly hot.
I can keep plants and aquarium fish alive.
Hmmm ... when it comes to music, I'd say I know classic rock the best. Luckily I have friends who will drag me out to concerts for newer stuff now and then.
I'm all over the map when it comes to books. I've read most of the sci-fi classics, a ton of history books and various run of the mill paperback fictions. My favourite book is probably 1984. I recently finished and liked the Foundation series.
And then there's good old Netflix. I'm all over the map. Old comedies, documentaries, sci-fi, dramas.
Oh. Oh dear ... that was terrible. Sorry.
I'm so INTP that ... I took a test to find out I'm INTP. Blemishes and all.
Your work isn't your whole life.
You would let me take you back country camping and fight off the bears for you. (Bonus if you can fight them off for me.)
You will take me to an art exibit and tolerate me asking "Is that the art?" all the time. I might be pointing at a drinking fountain or the coat check. (I'd happily go though.)
