Not all my time is spent with my nose in a book, however. Throwing on a pair of running shoes or some hiking boots (which reminds me, I need to get a new pair) and getting some fresh air and sun is key. A couple of weekends ago a small group of friends went up into the mountains and had a great time jumping rocks and following trails. Just about anything and everything. There's your classic rock, hip-hop, country, rap, classical, techno... Each genre has its good and its bad.
As long as it tastes good, I'm not too picky. Usually willing to try something once or thrice. Except liver. Once was enough. Blargh!
