My self-summary
I am impulsive, spontaneous, fun, demanding and inconsistent. I love my cats, playing the piano, and the view from my apartment. I love the proper use of the Oxford comma and expect always to be forgiven for my horrid phone typos and grammatical errors. I love cooking dinner from Blue Apron (kitchen training wheels), it makes me feel like a chef:)
What I’m doing with my life
Who knows- although if you put it on paper I look alright. I have a good job, good health, awesome friends, and contribute to a 401k.... pretty grown-up stuff there.

I tend to over things...over-work, over-drink, over-train, oversleep, overwelm.....oh starting to sound crazy. I overdo things. Overdone.
I’m really good at
Secretly racing the people next to me on the treadmill at the gym.
Sight-reading piano music....but quite shitty at playing and perfecting.
Being a +1 at a wedding, I get along well with strangers.
Convincing people to go on bike rides with me.
Making up stories about strangers I see in restaurants or on the street.
The first things people usually notice about me
I'm tall and loud. You can probably hear me laughing before you see my head above the crowd.
I wear a lot of clothing adorned with animals. It's way sexy, trust.
I have a staring problem.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books - I am always reading on the subway. I just re-read Margaret Atwood's Oyrx and Crake and The Year of the Flood to be super refreshed for MaddAddam. So worth it. I love sci-fi-ish dystopian novels that ask questions and make people fear/excited for the new future.

Other genres? Historical non-fiction, presidential biographies and stories of other various heads of states or large government agencies. Alexander Hamilton is a hero. I also have a sweet spot for Camus and Kafka (I majored in philosophy), I feel for the absurdist cause.

Game of Thrones. Love (I put this in between the books and TV because I love them both :) )

TV - I like it. I don't have cable, but really only because it is just so expensive! I actively don't like people who don't own televisions or say they don't watch TV. You, sirs/madams are just way more evolved/cooler than me.

Shows I watch? Mad Men, Game of Thrones, Sherlock, House of Cards, Orange Is the New Black, Alphas, Parks and Rec, Community
Guilty Pleasures? The New Girl, The Mindy Project, rando RomComs on Netflix
Six things I could never do without
1. Lucifer the cat
2. Wine and Cheese
3. Work, or something to keep my mind thoroughly challenged and my bank account in the black for at least 35 hours a week
4. Beach vacations, it has been way too long
5. Coffee
6. Internet....but how I wish that wasn't true
I spend a lot of time thinking about
The people's revolution.
The apocalypse, and how I plan to rally the survivors to make me their leader.
On a typical Friday night I am
Finding the ideal wine and cheese pairing.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I'm a liar.
I am vain and self-absorbed.
Your kid is not that cute.
You should message me if
You want to run away with me.
