My self-summary
A couple of notes before we start:
1. If you're thinking of messaging me to let me know I have great tits, nice ass, awesome secondary sexual characteristics, ect. then save us both some time and don't do it.

2. I am Polyamorous [adjective]:Pertaining to participation in multiple and simultaneous loving or sexual relationships.
I am very happily married and I love my husband; but I also believe that the heart is capable of an infinite amount of love and to limit that is to limit myself. I am not looking for casual sex or one night stands here. I am looking to make connections with other people who can enrich my life and make me a better person and who I can do the same for in return.
What I’m doing with my life
Art. All the kinds. All the time. I'm constantly working on something and I love to try new mediums, though lately I've been working on making jewelry for craft shows (if you want to see, or better yet, purchase my jewelry you can go here: ), drawing dirty pictures on my computer, burning animals into wood, and painting fantastical creations. Rare is the day I don't spend at least an hour or two working on something.

School: taking the semester off, but i'm an illustration major at SLCC with one semester left before I transfer to a 4 year university.

Work: I'm an art teacher! I don't generally love kids (they can be amazing as individuals, but as a whole I find them sticky and loud) but I love teaching them to love art as much as I do :D
I’m really good at
giving back rubs and I've been told I make a good pillow...
I'm not a super star but i love to sing, mostly opera/classical and jazz so if random outbursts of song annoy you turn back now! i'm also doodling constantly; if i have a pen but no paper i will use the next available surface, usually the closest hand or arm :P
The first things people usually notice about me
I start off in most new situations quite and shy; if I have an objective I'm a very straight forward person so I do really well in a professional setting. But meeting people for friends and romance I don't like to have an agenda, I just like to get to know someone. The downside to this is my awkwardness as I send out my feelers and try to figure out how I mesh with someone while being wretched at reading body language (I hang out with a lot of people who don't really emote) and not really being able to ask people verbally what they are thinking/how they are feeling about the situation because this seems to make most people very uncomfortable (and if you DO feel like your comfortable with me doing this just know there will be a lot of "are you having fun? What do you think of me? How are you feeling about this date? Are we staying friends? Do you want to kiss me? Will you ACUTALLY call me again?" None of these questions will come with expectations, you won't hurt my feelings if the answers are no; I just like to know where I stand with people instead of having to guess).

Woah; that was a lot. Are you still here? If you made it through that and found this trait endearing and eccentric and not crazy material (if it makes you feel better, my husband tells me my awkwardness is more in my head than it actually shows to the people around me) than you get double brownie points. Remind me and I'll bring them on our first date. I will say that once I warm up to someone I'm usually my much more energetic/quirky/sassy/etc self. still awkward though.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books: Anita Blake series, The Blue Sword (my favorite book, though I love all of McKinley's writings), Candide, Lord of the Flies, A Child Called 'It', anything by Tamora Peirce, Ellen Kushner, or Patrica Briggs. I'm also a fan of manga/manwa, though usually not so much anime (I'm very picky about animation quality). this is just what comes to mind and doesn't begin to touch my book collection.

movies/shows: Dante's Peak, Minority Report, Bringing up Baby, Arsenic and Old Lace, Howl's Moving Castle, Drawn Together, Big Bang Theory, Scrubs, Grimm, Once Upon a Time, The Help, MUPPETS!, Date Night, My Name is Khan, Hedwig and the Angry Inch, Rocky Horror Picture show, Rent, Spamalot, Ragtime, Page Turner, The Orphanage, Fiddler on the Roof, Pan's Labyrinth, Repo Man.... if it has blood, gore, nudity, and witty musical numbers I will probably love it.

music: well right now my favorite song is Birds of a Feather by the Civil Wars but as for musicians in general: Tim Minchin (this guy is awesome!!) Nightwish!!! Evanescence, Adele, Ilyaimy, Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday, Nat King Cole, Peggy Lee, No Doubt, Pink, Celtic Woman, Josh Groban, Kingston Trio, T.M. Revolution, Hyde, Mana, Gackt, and anything composed by Yoko Kanno or Yuki Kajiura, and Gackt. I like just about any type of music except for country and even that has a few exceptions.

Food: I'm a foodie; I love good quality food and I love to try new things. At the top are any type of Thai or Indian food, Mexican food, Italian food, rice, cilantro (an herb technically, but I eat it on just about anything), and pretty much any type of sea food. Also chai tea, thai tea, bubble tea....mmm...tea.
The six things I could never do without
1. Drawing supplies (even if it’s a rock and a stick, I must be able to draw!!! I’d go crazy if I couldn’t!)

2. Music

3. Books towel

5. Shampoo (there's nothing worse than dirty hair. Really. Go ahead and string me up by my toenails, just let me wash my hair once a day!)

6. Internet (ok, I could probably live without it, but I love being able to talk with new people from across the world)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
why I don't like people (not as individuals, but as a whole),sleep, men, food, music, the pros and cons of ruling the world, where I fall on the Kinsey scale, different ways I could kill someone with a blade of grass or other usually harmless object, why people seem to think I'm scary and not to be trusted with sharp objects (or matches...), the meaning of life (really, I do), and how to get out of doing homework x.x
On a typical Friday night I am
Usually crashing on the couch with a blanket and a sketch pad after a long week, though I rarely say no if a friend calls me out to play.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I love to collect rubber ducks! Not like, duck-themed things (curtains, bed spreads, ect.) just actual rubber ducks. They are shrew randomly about my bedroom and can be found in odd places throughout the house. If you ever hang out with me for long periods of time, don't be surprised if they follow you home like a lemon-yellow plague =)
You should message me if
If you're good at sharing

If you like board games

If you would like a new friend, seriously. I know looking for friends on a dating website doesn't usually work, but friendship is a very important corner stone to any relationship whether it stays there or evolves into something more (though you'd probably have to tell me if you wanted it to be something more because I can never tell if someone is into me -_- I can friend zone someone I have a total crush on and not even mean to. I'm that talented.)

If you are a little bit kinky (or a lot ;)

You aren't overly attached to your facial hair.

Don't have Anatidaephobia (or you do and you would like to try and overcome your fear)

You like short, cuddly, affectionate, slightly scary chicks

And really, think of what you could be missing out on by NOT messaging me! We could be soul mates tied by that red string of fate ^.^ If nothing else, we could be awesome friends- or even the perfect adversaries :D Common! Let’s find out!

Alternatively, if you'd like me to make the first move i'm totally fine with that, just click the 'like' button and if I do the same for you and we're a match I will be happy to shoot you a message :)
