My self-summary
I like working with, and helping people which is why I'm working in the health care field, and only reason that I'm still putting up with the insanity that comes along with the job. I am an artist, but more than that I'm a storyteller which is what compels me to create visual stories that people might enjoy reading. Art is a huge passion of mine which is fueling me to come up with a graphic novel about the crazy days in the life of a health care worker.
I’m really good at
I took up an oil painting class about four months ago, and found that I was actually pretty good at layering my paints to create some strange looking textures. I sat listening to my classmates critique my work, and began to mull over the thought of investing in the medium. So far I have finished one painting, and managed to turn my apartment into a mess of canvases, paints, and turpentine. I have now come to the conclusion that this is a hobby worth keeping.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
My favorite moves are:

Meet the Feebles: Anybody who has ever wondered what the muppets would seem like on crack should watch this movie.

Six String Samarii: Kind of a Mad Max/Red Dawn musical parody

Reefer maddness: A musical parody remake of the 1938 educational film entitled "Tell your children".

I also like cartoons such as "Invador Zim", "Venure Brothers" and "Harvey Birdman Attorney at Law".

Some of my favorate books are, "watchmen", "300", and Batman: "The dark knight returns".
The six things I could never do without
1) Art
2) Good friends
3) Creative people
4) Good weather--because it helps stimulate the creative process.
5) Funny cartoons--because life is serious enough.
6) Other peoples mistakes--because I try to learn from them.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
I find myself thinking a lot about politics, and how far to the right our country is going.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I never thought that it would happen to me, but I believe that I've become addicted to MSNBC.
