+ kayaking, hiking, camping

I don't enjoy //

+ driving
+ ignorance or lack of education as an excuse for poor behavior
+ throwing away garbage (hoping to slowly change my life to reduce that greatly)
What I’m doing with my life
I'm a graphic/web designer for American Eagle Outfitters, workin that 9-5 grind. Looking to continue my growth elsewhere so we shall see where life takes me next.

It is my hope to move to the PNW, and after saving enough money, build a small and humble house on a large piece of land on the edge of a forest.
I’m really good at
• photography / design
• cooking
• organization
• making people laugh
• packing things into a small space -- think real life Tetris
The first things people usually notice about me
My height, or lack thereof.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Books //
Non-fiction, poetry, and well designed "coffee table" books.

Music //
Bear's Den, Ben Howard, Tycho, Alt-J, Fleetwood Mac, Fall Out Boy, Mumford & Sons, Kaleo

Shows //

I like my coffee black, the occasional matcha, red wine, and whiskey on the rocks.
My favorite foods include roasted brussel sprouts with bacon, pasta bolognese, strawberries, sushi, mexican, and mediterranian.
Six things I could never do without
+ the human consciousness
+ oxygen
+ food and water

Seriously though, why must it be "things". Things don't define our existence outside of survival. I can do without a lot of things.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
I am constantly thinking about how much waste we produce as humans and how little people care. I watched an interview of a young girl who produced enough trash in a year to only fill a mason jar and has inspired me to be more conscious of my consumption. My ultimate goal is to be more self-sustaining and less wasteful for the benefit of the future of this planet.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix, a game, or one of many pending projects.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I have a thing for bearded lumberjack types.
Also, I enjoy video games and don't ever plan to reproduce. I am often told I will change my mind. I feel so very strongly that I won't because my justifications are strong. I have seen what overpopulation has done to our beautiful planet, I don't ever think as an artist that I could handle the financial burdens of a family, and my drive to travel would certainly be hindered. Many may think, well that is selfish. But believe me, I think with the state of the world, lack of jobs and depletion of resources, I'm doing the planet a favor.
You should message me if
If you're able to give more than a few word answers. Also, if you dig the outdoors as much as myself, and have some sort of appreciation or understanding of art.

If you don't recycle or at least have some sort of empathy towards the environment, don't bother.
