I'm getting better at teaching...

The six things I could never do without
The feeling that I am doing meaningful work. My community and my family that supports me. Exercising every day. Preparing delicious food daily, even if it's just breakfast. Writing, either for fun or academically. Traveling, in any way, shape or form.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
teaching, my students, how to deliver the best possible lesson, knocking down killer climbing routes, the future of youth in this country
On a typical Friday night I am
+ rock climbing
+ at the yoga studio
+ testing my next explosive demonstration for the classroom
+ drinking whiskey and making music with friends
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I still occasionally sleep with a stuffed animal
