My self-summary
First off -- I just spent my first...half hour on this site answering the questions before I ever bothered filling out the profile. I'm kinda weird like that.

Anyway, my name's Aimee and I'm currently a student at Forsyth Tech but I'm originally from Mobile, Alabama. I'm into comic books and writing -- especially screenwriting. I'm pretty outgoing when I know you, but I can be quiet and shy if I don't. I'm laid back and easy going, there isn't a lot that bothers me. I like to joke and I laugh easily, and I've been told I have a really good sense of humor. I like to surround myself with friends and mostly positive people. I'm really optimistic, so it's kinda hard to bring me down unless it's something super awful, which I really hope never happens.

Anyway, I'm really bad with these thing soooo, you might wanna keep scrolling through.
What I’m doing with my life
I'm currently going to school for an English degree, but I'd really like to go for screenwriting or digital production of some sort. However, my dream job is to work at Marvel Comics and I'm currently working with a friend to put together a portfolio to send to them.
I’m really good at
Listening to people and being a shoulder to cry on. I may not be good at advice, but I can listen to you if you need me to. I've also been told I'm good at writing but that's debatable, honestly.
The first things people usually notice about me
My eyes. I get comments about my blue eyes all the time.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Prepare for an obnoxiously long list!

FAVORITE COMICS (Since I don't really read books anymore):
X-Men (Uncanny, Ultimate -- not too big on Astonishing)
Spider-Man (Ultimate, Amazing)
X-Men: Schism (Totally side with Cyclops, by the way)
Carnage Mini-Series (Yay, Spider-Man and Iron Man team-up!)
Spider-Man/Black Cat: Evil That Men Do
X-Men: Phoenix - Endsong
X-Men: God Loves, Man Kills

X-Men (1 and 2. X3 sucked, and so did First Class and Origins: Wolverine)
Spider-Man (1 and 2. Spidey 3 was pretty bad)
The Blindside
Miss Congeniality (1 and 2)
The Illusionist
Blade: Trinity
Stick It
Tron: Legacy
Anything with Jessica Biel (with a few exceptions)
Anything with Sandra Bullock (no exceptions)
There are more, but I can't think of them right now.

FAVORITE SHOWS (oh god here we go):
Ultimate Spider-Man
Spectacular Spider-Man
Spider-Man: The Animated Series
X-Men: The Animated Series
X-Men: Evolution
The Good Wife
Happy Endings
Harry's Law
Modern Family
The Middle
Walking Dead
More than I'm totally forgetting

Britney Spears
Mostly anything though. I'm not picky as long as it sounds good.

Resident Evil (biggest freaking RE nerd, ever)
Silent Hill
World of Warcraft (Horde for life!)
X-Men: Destiny
Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions
Marvel Video Games in general
The six things I could never do without
In no particular order....

1) The ability to write
2) My friends and family
3) My creativity
4) My puppy
5) Intelligence -- I'd rather die than not have my smarts with me
6) Uh...I'm out of ideas, guys.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
My writing, my friends, and what I'm doing with my life.
On a typical Friday night I am
Writing, honestly. Or, as nerdy as it sounds, reading comics or doing SOMETHING involving comics and/or writing.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I play it off the best that I can, but I have really low self-confidence.
You should message me if
You've got a pretty good sense of humor and can put up with an avid Marvel fangirl. I'm not picky at all -- I love meeting new people.
