My self-summary
A pensive, active guy looking for a similar-minded girl to share meaningful experiences with. Let's go get lost.

92% California boy, Made in Taiwan.
What I’m doing with my life
Teaching people how to fly spacecraft -- that's my job.
Balancing work and life.

Learning about the world; learning about myself.
Searching for peace, compassion, happiness, and adventure.

Find me hiking among the trees, pedaling past banana slugs, striking furry yellow balls, breathing on the cushion.
I’m really good at
- Driving and parallel parking: fighting the stereotype that Asians can't do it!
- Racquet sports, musical instruments, computer tech support: OK, some stereotypes I'll hang on to.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Music tastes are far and wide. Armin Van Buuren, Bonobo, Nujabes, Of Monsters and Men, One Republic, Florence Welch, Taylor Swift (it's ok to admit it). I could listen to all 9 Beethoven symphonies in a day.

Food tastes are wide but leaning towards Asia and generally healthy fare. I love to grill. Give me the darker shades: Cabernet, Speedway Stout, Macallan 18. Trader Joe is my friend.

Reading: biographies and other non-fiction I find the most enlightening in recent days.
The six things I could never do without
1) good people
2) things with wheels
3) nature
4) athletics
5) salt, pepper, olive oil
6) my g-string (on my instrument. come on....)
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
- I used to tutor a band member of Jane's Addiction.
- I used to live in an apartment that was haunted -- no joke.
- I look forward to the day I can delete these apps...
