My self-summary
Standard introvert stumbling around adult life. Realizing that Monopoly might not be the best guide for life, as there has not been any giant Go square, nobody ever "just visits" jail, and someone else definitely stole the top hat AND shoe player pieces.

Recently promoted to "Senior Software Engineer." Which just makes me feel old.
What I’m doing with my life
Just being a mild-mannered corporate drone while amassing a pile of gold coins. Long term strategy is to become either a pirate or a dragon. Really depends on cave vs. ship costs.

Real answer is I work as a software tester/business analyst while learning Java and C++ on the side. Where I go when my contract expires (and I am set free) in February is still up in the air.

To pass the time I try every beer I can get my hands on, current favorite is the Dogfish 60 minute IPA. Tried the 90 minute but I couldn't stand waiting the extra half hour to drink it.
I’m really good at
Voices. Never a dull moment when you can tip-toe a fine line between entertaining and getting a Cease and Desist notice in the mail. My favorites are Mickey Mouse having a swear-off with Gollum. Newest project is Patrick Warburton (mostly Kronk).

Unintentional travelling. For a home-body, I have been to 17 of these United States as well as Japan and India. I keep meaning to go to Europe and keep getting distracted by free travel.

Cooking. Used to be a dinner cook for restaurants in Disneyland. Even got to cook the festive Christmas prime ribs once. Had to quality test that dish several times. For science. Delicious, delicious science.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Examples because my short attention span is bad at long-term list retention!

Book: Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy

Movies: Spirited Away, Deadpool, and Event Horizon.

Shows: Game of Thrones, Rick and Morty

Food: Everything. Especially steak.
Six things I could never do without
And reveal to my enemies exactly what my weaknesses are? Are you mad?
I spend a lot of time thinking about
The Indiana Jones theme. It makes everything seem adventurous. Driving? Check. Doing the dishes? Check. Raiding lost temples? Borderline, but check.
On a typical Friday night I am
Drinking, playing Rocket League or Overwatch, arguing over Settlers of Catan, lifting almost heavy things to put them down again, or several of these in tandem. The key is to have one of those drinking hats, lift with your back, while using your feet to build a road, leaving your hands free to use a controller. Side effects include hallucinations, back spasms, breaking friendships, power outages, loss of feeling on the right side of your body, nauseousness, and in some cases, emotions.
