Not that I would have any problem chatting with someone from that area. So if you want to chat with an American, feel free to message me.
I'm a bit nerdy, a bit opinionated, and somewhat good at understatement. I have a wide array of interests. My favorite comedian is Groucho Marx. That may tell you a lot. I have lately gotten into writing - mostly murder mystery/spy stuff. I wouldn't say I'm much good but it's something to do. That being said I am now a wealth of random information on Victorian England from the 1880's to the 1890's. I know, bit odd, but it is entertaining. Also, I have a Master's Degree in Forensic Anthropology. I enjoy it though it can make my conversation very strange at times.
Also I can cook.
Books: Watership Down (kinda obvious there), surprisingly I liked "The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon". Other favorites include: Mrs. Frisby and the Rats of NIMH, Jane Eyre, Wurthering Heights, The Tennant of Wildfell Hall, Riders of The Purple Sage, The Seawolf and many others that I will add when I think of them. I'm really getting into Zane Grey so I imagine more of his books will appear on this list in time.
Music: What can I say? I'm a Springsteen fan, also Jimmy Buffet, and The Clarks
Foods: I'm a big fan of Italian and Polish.
Also I know the entire original version of the "There once was a man from Nantucket" limerick - it's clean, squeeky clean actually. I took the time one day to learn it.
Or if you want to know the real words to that infamous limerick.
