My self-summary
Born in Manhattan, NYC, I'm a complex mix of anti-materialism, and a connoisseur of some of the finer things in life. I'd rather spend what little money I've got on doing than having, and don't care for labels when it comes to clothes or stuff. I enjoy learning about how the city works, and how it came to be.

I'm curvaceous, voluptuous, a proportional bbw, if you will. If you like me, you should enjoy my curves. I could stand to drop a few pounds, but I enjoy my body and a great relationship will mean more exercise, right?

I love live music, and would like to make more time for some new bands. I'm generally nocturnal, but slowly training myself to living normal hours. I'm good at faking morning person, and also good at sleeping on the subway and never missing my stop.

When I've managed to put a little money aside, I love to travel and explore interesting cities. My plan is to taste my way through Europe someday, with a good friend or lover. But for now, I love exploring NY's farmer's markets, great supermarkets and specialty food stores, and taking home my bounty to cook. I'd rather spend a day checking out the architecture in a foreign city than in its museums.

I'm an introvert who can hold a conversation with the right people. I enjoy puzzles, tests, mindbenders, projects and challenges, being somewhat adventurous and spontaneous, but am also very happy to laze out in front of cable TV. I require downtime. I'm a better girlfriend than a dater, and looking for someone who hates the dating game as much as I do.

I am curious, explorative, and chill.
What I’m doing with my life
Currently helping NYC eat better food, and the highest quality natural and organic foods available. I've bounced around a few gigs within the specialty food retail scene, and work as a personal chef.

Seeking out new live music, and enjoying old favorites. Enjoying living in this great city, and thinking about my next trip.
I’m really good at
Cooking, especially improv cooking.

I'm really good at making travel plans, and navigating the roads and public transportation, even in foreign languages.

New York City- Ask me anything about this city.. if I don't know it, I want to know it.

Assembling Ikea furniture. Skee-ball. Texas Hold'em. Packing many things into tight spaces. Finding extraneous punctuation. Selling cheese in romance languages.
The first things people usually notice about me
Curves? Glasses? My smile? That I'm not invisible? You tell me.

Six things I could never do without
I spend a lot of time thinking about
On a typical Friday night I am
These days, enjoying peace at home, cooking up a good meal and catching up on the week's tv. Looking for a good man to enjoy the city with, or cuddle up at home with.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I've thought about claiming my Canadian citizenship. Give me a reason to stay in the US... or give me reason to pull the trigger and go for it.
You should message me if
you've got something interesting to say! If you have any questions about NY, beer, cooking, or would like to teach me something that I'd probably enjoy learning.

I've just discovered Louis CK.. and I think I have a crush on him. If you're anything like him, looks AND awkward awesomeness, I want to hear from you! Zack G types are welcome, too. Beardy and Bellied are Best.
