I'm an engineer living in Pittsburgh. I like hanging out with friends, playing sports (volleyball, ultimate frisbee, rock climbing, softball), long meandering conversations and a fun night out at a bar. More recently have started to enjoy biking around the city for hours on end and having board game nights with friends.
More about me:
-I like bullet points more than prose
-I still spend more time thinking about what I would do with super powers than where I will be in 10 years
-I prefer meandering abstract or philosophical discussions to anything practical
-I try to do 1 thing each week that scares me
-I have around 40 tabs open at any given time, at least 10 of them wikipedia articles.
Besides that, I like to spend a lot of my time keeping active and social (poker, softball, volleyball, going out, board games, etc) as well as some quiet evenings reading wikipedia, my kindle or techical papers.
movie - shawshank redemption, Monty python, comedies, movies with nothing but CGI, the Simpsons, well made horror movies.
board games -risk, dominion, cards against humanity, wits and wagers, settlers of catan, rummy cube
music - "Send Me on my Way" by Rusted Root, some techno, movie sound tracks with full orchestra, sound tracks from musicals (dr horrible's sing along blog, wicked, les miserable, book of mormon)
food - steak, shrimp diablo, thai, pizza. Each month I try to cook something new. I'm currently trying to work out a brisket recipe.
TV - Stargate Universe, BSG, Fringe, Game of Thrones, House, Doctor Who, Law and Order, Supernatural, Community, Onion News, Arrested Development, Big Bang Theory
I also get a lot of news from NPR
Internet (xkcd is not going to read itself)

As far as relationships go, I'm looking for someone who likes intelligent conversation and has a good sense of humor.
