My self-summary
Looking for some to explore the world with. I have lucky enough to have studied abroad in England for a semester, traveled to Japan five times (I think I'm done there) and hit up South America (Peru, Bolivia, Argentina, & Chile). There is still much to see and one day I hope to be able to say that I've been able to visit all seven continents.

Traveling solo is okay, but when you are able to share an experience with someone, there's a whole different dynamic.

I love to learn and tend to question everything, which may be annoying at times (just let me know and I can try to stop - TRY).
What I’m doing with my life
I work in City Government; it feels good to know that in some way I am helping out my City. But I am all about balance - I work hard and play hard....I tend to be the social planner at work - everything from after work drinks to bowling and everything in between. So I end up planning at least one big vacation every year. My last trip was to Australia / New Zealand this past August. I brought my snowboard to hit the slopes in the South Island of New Zealand and was able to sneak in my first bungee jump.

Other hopeful adventures include Spain, Iceland, Vietnam/Cambodia, Southern Patagonia/Antarctica, Egypt/Jordan, and yes, many parts of the USA.
I’m really good at
Putting myself in other people's shoes, games that involve strategy, making corny jokes, not finishing a book within a week or sometimes even a month, finding an aesthetic in things, and learning quickly in general.
The first things people usually notice about me
In the summer, my tattoos. Otherwise, my robust laugh.

The six things I could never do without
Metrocard, good company, sunny days (at least once in a while), netflix (for those not so sunny days), coffee, and my passport.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
*What country should I visit next?
*Why is staying home and watching movies all day so comfortable?
*What is s/he thinking about?
*What is that made of?
*Why did I/she/he do that?
*When I go back to Japan, what should I focus on? What sites should I see? What is there to eat in the summer time (I have only been there during fall/winter)?
*When I go back to South America, which cities should I visit? (I can't see everything in one shot.) Should I bring my snowboard and visit Santiago and Bariloche? OR visit the glaciers, see the salt flats, and check out Incan ruins?
On a typical Friday night I am
Out with friends having some drinks or grabbing a bite to eat OR having some ramen/sushi OR in the winter, going to sleep early to get up the next day for a trip to Vermont....
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I do not ride a bike or drive a car - basically nothing with wheels
You should message me if
