For those of who care to know: my name is Christian. I am not convinced online dating promotes successful or healthy relationships. However, I am pursuing one regardless. Call me nieve but dammit, you're on here too. So lets cut the bull.
I am brutally honest. So here's me:
I work in emergency medicine, I'm a big thinker, self aware, introspective, goal oriented, self promoting and know who I am and what I want. I think small talk is for the birds. Theres a time and place, and here's not the place. Lets get to know who we REALLY are. Our time is too precious.
I care for deeper conversations and meaning with other humans. Not surface level bull.
It doesn't matter what you do for work. You could flip burgers, but if you are passionate about what you do, you have goals and have any aspirations to better yourself and the world around you, then let's talk!
I am not perfect, nor is anyone else. To look for someone who is, is a waste of your time.
My pictures don't reflect who I am (but lets face it, neither do yours). They are highlights of activities I like to do. I like to travel, rock climb, see giants games, hang out with friends, and shoot the shit. But We are more than our photos! We are people. We all share the same commonalities: wanting assurance, variety, significance, connection and love.
Let's stop promoting what people want you to be and BE YOURSELF. Be weird. Be unique. Be vulnerable. But most of all be enthusiastically genuine.
We have all been hurt. We've all had hang ups and breakups and whatever gets us low. Problems and baggage are part of life. Its your choice weather you let them weigh you down. CHIN UP!
We are all too fortunate to be self deprecating.
I'm not on this site to waste my time ( other than writing this shit). So please lets just say what we feel. Your bio that states 'you're sarcastic, love fun, the outdoors, and laughing' is the most boring shit you could possibly say.
Please reflect on who you are as a person, what you want out of your life and relationships and verbalize them. It takes time, but I promise its worth the wait.
