My self-summary
Carrot cake is.....goood for you, right?
....where are my keys??!

I'm in a happy non-monogamous relationship with my wife dayglowflamingo. We've been together for 10 years and have been open for 6 We enjoy meeting new friends and experiencing new connections with others.

While I'm always open to meeting like minded people, I am primarily looking for someone with whom I can develop a genuine friendship with as well as being lovers. Someone who wants to go to live shows with me, or do a scavenger hunt, or go hot air ballooning, or do one of those escape rooms.
What I’m doing with my life
Working in the energy efficiency industry, writing and performing music, floating down rivers, getting taster trays at brew pubs, watching movies/documentaries, riding my bicycle, spending time with my two dogs, two cats, two tortoises, two snakes a rose hair tarantula and a bearded dragon. converting oxygen into carbon dioxide, etc.
I’m really good at
cooking, cleaning, fixing things, painting, singing, general shenanigans and tomfoolery. Becoming fascinated by new things and being unapologetically myself.
The first things people usually notice about me
It's the beard. People often remember it, but not my name. My partner says I'm not allowed to cut it or she'll leave me and I don't want to find out if she's kidding or not
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
BBC space/science/nature shows. Anything with David Attenborough, Brian Cox, or Neil's DeGrasse Tyson in it. I also really like Futurama and Rick and Morty.

I have a pretty wide taste in music, like most people. Here what I've been listening to lately: Lord Huron, Glass Animals, SAVAGES! future islands, Caveman, Pinback, Alex Winston, Tears for Fears, Stone Roses, the Cloud Cult, LOW, Jurrasic 5, Dan Deacon, man man. 'the octopus project' has been blowing my mind lately.

I also listen to a fair amount of podcasts. A few of my favorites being: Radiolab, probably science, professor blastoff, Harmontown, my brother my brother and me, and Risk!
Six things I could never do without
My partner.
My dogs.
Questions.
Answers.
A musical instrument.
Carrot juice.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Space. The distance between us and the nearest rocky/watery planet. What the trillions of cells in my body are doing at this very moment without my having to tell them to do so.

Whether or not someone finally managed to permanently knock Chambawamba down.

and.....where are my keys!?
On a typical Friday night I am
My Fridays are currently open for adventures with fun new people!
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I love vacuuming. Seriously. Dont tell my partner though, because I want to look like I'm being helpful and not gleefully pretending to push a hungry robot around the house.
*update* I recently treated myself to a Dyson. It's a beautifully engineered machine! :)
...also, seriously, have you seen my keys!?
You should message me if
You want to have some sexy fun with a reasonably handsome individual.

You are another open couple seeking some rad new friends.

You have a recipe to share (no shellfish though! I'll die! Ahhh!)
