My self-summary
Descriptors(this seems to be a thing on here, so I figured I'd do it too, because Shia LaBeouf taught me art is dead and I should plagiarize everything)

Prone to bouts of awkwardness
Amateur musician
Clever, like a velociraptor
Capable of opening doors
Hopelessly sarcastic
Smarter than you think I'm not
Generous to a fault
Collector of things that collect dust
Chronic ellipsis user...
Eater of souls
Destroyer of worlds
And of course rakishly good-looking...

I love laughing and making others laugh more than anything. Well, maybe second to music; it's a toss-up. Having a good sense of humor and being able to laugh at virtually anything is something I consider to be a virtue. I'm a geek, unashamedly so. I love most everything sci-fi and martial arts related. I love electronics/gadgets and think it would be nice if I could just have my iPhone cybernetically grafted into my wrist.

Neil DeGrasse Tyson's life philosophy pretty well sums up my own. - "For me, I am driven by two main philosophies: know more today about the world than I knew yesterday and lessen the suffering of others. You'd be surprised how far that gets you."
What I’m doing with my life
I work as an inspector for a construction materials and environmental engineering firm. Outside of work, I like to bitch about work, as we all enjoy a good airing of grievances now and then. Mostly though, in my free time I indulge in all of the things I enjoy, like movies, music, beer, and the occasional solo dance party. Because the best time to dance like nobody's watching is when nobody's fucking watching.
I’m really good at
Acting like a jackass, singing, playing a range of instruments amateurishly but none expertly, and making the comment that causes the biggest groan/laugh of the night.
The first things people usually notice about me
My surprising flexibility. I usually greet everyone I meet for the first time by kicking them in the face. It's a dominance thing. You've got to establish yourself as the pack leader.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Favorite things: I love thunderstorms, animals, laughing til I can't breath and causing the same in others. I love tattoos, on myself and on women. I have a growing tattoo collection/addiction, and there is no end in sight to the dermal assault.

Music: Pixies, Punch Brothers, Typhoon, Electric Six, Radiohead, Margot & the Nuclear So and So's, Muse, Lamb of God, The Decemberists, Mindless Self Indulgence, Middle Brother, Trampled By Turtles Avett Brothers, Broken Bells, Delta Spirit, M83, and so so so much more. This doesn't even scratch the surface.

TV: Louie, The Office, Community, Parks and Rec., Futurama, Archer, Game of Thrones, The Walking Dead, Breaking Bad, ad infinitum...

Movies: Fight Club, The Fifth Element, Scott Pilgrim vs. The The World, Star Wars, The Protector, most martial arts extravaganzas, Dogma, etc.

Food: Japanese/sushi, Thai, Italian, German, etc. I'm not picky at all, and I always love to try new things.

Favorite authors: Steinbeck, Orwell, Palahniuk, Dawkins, Neil DeGrasse Tyson, Vonnegut

I spend a lot of time thinking about
The virulent vicissitudes of vastly vulnerable voters as they vomit back the verbose vexations of venomous vipers, believing they are the vanguard of values and virtue rather than vauntingly viscious vermin...
On a typical Friday night I am
Doing all the things.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I am a human being.
You should message me if
I am releveant to your interests.
