My self-summary
I went to 14 different schools across Asia and CA growing up, and have worked all over Asia as a consultant and private equity professional, but I'm a California girl at heart. I can't live without sunshine, the outdoors, and fresh produce. Currently at Stanford getting my MBA-MS in Environment and Resources.
What I’m doing with my life
Now that I've hopped off the gold starred, hamster filled train of prestigious nonsense, I'm trying to change the world through my sustainable agriculture startup. I have pretty big dreams and I'm setting out to build an extraordinary kind of life.

Occasionally I'll disappear for a month to somewhere remote and beautiful. I spent the last two summers as a dairy hand in rural Hokkaido, Japan, and farming hazelnuts in high altitude mountains in Bhutan.
I’m really good at
Enjoying scotch and bourbon, making my own punny costumes (that's a cash cow in the pictures), making friends with strangers in new countries, long, intimate conversations with friends.
The first things people usually notice about me
My smile
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Food: Japanese, Italian, Taiwanese night markets, noodles and dumplings of all sorts
Movies: Anything by Wong Kar Wai, Pedro Almodovar, and Judd Apatow. Thank You For Smoking, Eat Drink Man Woman, Chocolat, Tampopo, Love Actually, Before Sunset, V for Vendetta
Books: Fitzgerald, Philip Pullman, Neil Gaiman, Margaret Atwood, Kazuo Ishiguro, Bill Bryson, Douglas Adams, Terry Pratchett, Michael Pollan, Jeffrey Steingarten, Richard Dawkins, Daniel Gilbert, Milan Kundera. We won't get far if curling up with a book is not your idea of a good day.
Six things I could never do without
-Sunshine. If it's sunny and I'm outdoors, I'm happy no matter what's going on.
-Quality conversations with close friends
-Noodles: ramen, pasta, green tea soba, kway teow, udon, taiwanese beef noodles, dan dan noodles, chap chae, pad see ew...
-Arts: Singing and writing
-Books by the cartload
I spend a lot of time thinking about
-Working on farms in the countryside and writing.
-Food systems and ways to make sustainable agriculture more scalable - precision agriculture, big data and enterprise platforms for farms, aquaculture, beneficial insects, water scarcity, closed loop waste management
On a typical Friday night I am
Cooking too much food for friends at my house, overserving everyone whisky and wine, and collapsing in a happy pile with friends on the couch. Or doing the same with my cat and a book at home.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I have a very positive and open attitude towards sex.
You should message me if
-Serious relationship only: kind, considerate, open-minded, communicative, loves learning and introspection.
-Sexual relationship only: must have sex-positive attitude, GGG, sense of humor, adventure. Only experienced non-vanillas please.
*Seriously. Pls don't msg me if you don't fall into this category!*

I believe a person's approach to sex reveals a lot about their personal journey, so the latter is a prerequisite for the former.
