My self-summary
Just an easy going, cute guy looking for some fun.

I have never been married and have no kids. I also have quite a large family, and we get together holidays and lots in between.

I love animals and originally thought of being a vet, but decided that would be rough and am thinking that working in a shelter or pound or rescue would be more rewarding and not quite as hard on the emotions.

I like fast cars, Cedar Point, great music, tv shows that make you think, campfires, beaches, boats, the sound and smell of rain, anything competitive.

I am intelligent, humorous, and sarcastic.

UPDATE (APR. 2012): I just moved to the Chicago area for work, and would love to have some company to show me around some cool, local places.
What I’m doing with my life
Looking to meet an awesome woman and start a family when the time is right for both of us, and getting into the swing of things at my new job.

Enjoying what comes my way because we don't get a second chance.
I’m really good at
Writing, being a friend, listening, offering advice when asked and making an ass of myself.

Also, remembering the names of artists when they come on the radio and quoting lines from movies, but not retaining anything from organic chemistry.

My sense of direction and hardly ever getting lost which goes hand in hand with spectacular car packing skills for trips.

Cooking, taking pictures, fixing computers, shooting pool and drinking you under the table when challenged.

From what I have been told, I also give the BEST hugs!
The first things people usually notice about me
My dimples, my smile, or how I always smell awesome.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Way too many to ever get them all, but here's some to ponder:

Movies: Braveheart, Gladiator, The Patriot, Legends of the Fall, Last of the Mohicans, The Green Mile, Meet Joe Black, Lord of the Rings, Seven Pounds, Curious Case of Benjamin Button, Fight Club, Swordfish, X-Men, Blade, Fifth Element, Con Air, Armageddon, Patch Adams, Good Will Hunting, Rush Hour, Wedding Crashers, 40-Year Old Virgin, Superbad, Knocked Up, Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, Dogma, Clerks 2, City of Angels, 3000 Mile to Graceland, Bicentenial Man, American Pie, Can't Hardly Wait, 10 Things I Hate About You, Black Hawk Down, For Love of the Game, Forrest Gump, Gone In 60 Seconds, Heat, Pearl Harbor, Snatch, The Italian Job, The Last Samurai, The Matrix, The Shawshank Redemption, Tombstone, Top Gun, Varsity Blues, We Were Soldiers, Happy Gilmore, 50 First Dates, Badder Santa, Be Cool, Pulp Fiction, Shaun of the Dead, Kill Bill, The Avengers, Hunger Games, Dark Knight Trilogy, Inception, Bourne Series, End of Watch, Moneyball...

Music: Breaking Benjamin, Collective Soul, Creed, Dave Matthew's Band, Days of the New, Depeche Mode, Disturbed, Eminem, Foo Fighters, Fuel, Godsmack, Goo Goo Dolls, Linkin Park, Live, Matchbox 20, Metallica, Nickelback, Nine Inch Nails, Pearl Jam, Rob Zombie, Soundgarden, Staind,
Stone Temple Pilots, The Smashing Pumpkins, Third Eye Blind, Tool, Type O Negative, U2, Vertical Horizon, Incubus, One Republic, Theory of a Deadman, 3 Doors Down, Story of the Year, Kate Voegele, Maroon 5.....

Books: I read books daily growing up such as Hardy Boys, Michael Crichton, etc... But, most of the novels for college just seemed like a chore so I still enjoy Dean Koontz but don't read too much anymore unless someone recommends a good book I think I would enjoy.

Food: Pizza, Steaks and potatoes are my favorites, but I think I eat chicken more than anything else. I have been told that I am a pretty awesome cook/chef as well. So, what do you want me to make you??
Six things I could never do without
Music, women, dogs, hockey, sunsets, anything that smells good

Aside from the obvious friends and family, etc...
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Where I'll be in 10 years?

Why there are so many assholes in the world?

Why are more than half the people we encounter daily basically just plain old stupid??
On a typical Friday night I am
Up for anything fun: movies, drinks, pool, bowling, concerts, chillin

I will be recovering from intense, company softball, Thursday night games starting in a week or two!
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I have no idea, but I will answer pretty much anything if asked directly.

Actually, I am mildly OCD about cleaning where I live and organizing my stuff, but not to the point where I will have a nervous breakdown if I have to walk away.
You should message me if
You like being active and going out more than just once in a while.

I enjoy rollerblading, playing hockey or baseball or whatever other activity presents itself, so if you do not enjoy going outside when it is nice out or can't keep up with me I imagine we wouldn't be the best match

I am looking for a good gym. If anyone knows of a nicer one that is not too expensive, and/or would like a workout buddy, let me know!

You are down for some laughs and good times.

You can handle my sarcasm and ribbing, and enjoy giving it back.

I tend to surf around and rate people on here if I like their profile or think they are cute, but if you don't at least rate me back after checking my page out, I will most likely think you are not interested. If you are shy, I don't mind striking up the conversation, but give me a hint that you liked what you saw or read!
