My self-summary
Hi There :) If you're not afraid of feeling deeply loved and connected, then I'm your man :)

I'm looking for someone with high emotional literacy to build a beautiful and loving life. I am intelligent, genuine, kind, loving, funny ( I did stand up comedy for 5 years), open minded, honest, easy going, sincere, and passionate guy, who loves life. I get along with all (most) people. I love children ( I have no children but would love to have kids ) and would be a great husband and dad someday.
I am a passionate person, and I love to love and be loved.
I love to travel, shop, spend time with loved ones and have great experiences.

I would love to find someone who shares the same passion for life as me and loves to have a great time. I have been to Germany, France, Belgium, Portugal, South Africa, Mozambique, Panama, Mexico, Bermuda, Canada, the Bahamas, Columbia, Venezuela, Luxembourg, England, etc.
What I’m doing with my life
Pushing myself to the edge and then flying :) I also part-time lobby in Washington DC. I love studying relational psychology and if called, I may pursue a PhD in psychology. I have a Bachelors of Science Degree of Psychology from the United States Air Force Academy. Right now I attend continuing education courses with other Marriage and Family therapists and Psychologists. And I work as a facilitator and leader with www.markedmenforchrist.org
I’m really good at
Making you feel loved. I'm also good at making a life not just a living. And I'm really good at most things I put my mind to.
The first things people usually notice about me
How funny ( I did stand up for five years) and how emotionally present I am.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
"Hiding from Love" by Dr. John Townsend. It was about how we all, in our woundedness, hide and use defense mechanisms to avoid being loved in places of our hearts that carry shame. Sort of what Adam and Eve where doing in the garden after they ingested the knowledge of good and evil.
The six things I could never do without
God, love, grace, truth, affection, friends, words of affirmation and family. I know this is more than six things but man does not live by bread and water alone :)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
how not to think ( I can intellectualize way too much) I spend more time being more emotionally present with folks :)
On a typical Friday night I am
Making a life not simply a living :)
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I am open and willing enough to realize that I could find love on a dating website.
You should message me if
you're not afraid to take a healthy risk. And you understand that you don't have it all together, but God can still use you to make the world a better place and you are pursuing emotional and spiritual growth.
