I'm shy when I meet new people, and I'm awkward when I'm shy. But you'll find out that I have a pretty solid sense of humour once I get to know you, whoever you are. Yup...
SO, I'm going to extend on this because I have the time.
I like to like things. I'm get easily excited about things and become easily passionate about them. I can spend weeks listening to the same playlist, weeks learning as much as I can about a show or movie, and weeks researching whatever random thing caught my interest. As for people, I like learning about them. I like knowing what makes us tick, which I guess compliments my inherently quiet nature. I also think a lot, about myself, about others, about random little things. My minds just on a constant loop of thinking. And worrying, as of late.
This is my first jab at the dating scene. I have little to no experience with romance whatsoever. It's a bit sad, but it's one of the few things I spend too much time thinking about.
Honestly, I don't know what I want to get out of this place. I'm just gonna try to talk to as many of you as I could (though, it would be preferred that you talked to me first >.>), and just treat you guys as potential friends, first. If, for whatever (fortunate) reason we start growing into more than just friends, cool, right? I surely wouldn't be opposed.
I am trying to find happiness I can keep, whether it's another person or a hobby or a new TV show. Beggars can't be choosers...
I realize now that what I wrote here makes me look like a bum. I'm also currently attending UC Irvine, as an English major. I'm kind of hating it, but I'm hanging in there.
But am I good at it? [ ] Yes [ ] No
My favourite books have got to be any good mystery/suspense novel. If there's a revelation in the end of the book, I'll keep turning the pages.
I like movies that keep you thinking about them for days. Whether it's because it was exciting, funny, sad, scary, whatever. Well, not scary. If it causes nightmares, NOPE!
The shows I'm currently watching are: Teen Wolf, Once Upon A Time, The Walking Dead, Revenge, and The Carrie Diaries.
I've also started watching some old shows, like Dawson's Creek, The OC, Veronica Mars, and One Tree Hill.
Lost and Smallville will always be favourites, too.
As for music, I like listening to Kelly Clarkson, Lifehouse, and plenty of other artists I'm too lazy to write in right now. But I do love listening to soundtracks.
I like food, yes...
