My self-summary
These self-summaries feel terribly demanding, in the sense that given any other time of day, I would probably be able to say something incredibly alluring. However, pressure's on, and the only two things I can tell you is that I swing from hopeless romantic to ho and back and I have this flawless ability to fancy those who don't fancy me back, and be fancied by those I don't fancy at all. Also, I chose my username by opening a dictionary at a random page; kinda wishing I could change it now so I don't sound like a wannabe medium.

P.S. I've been making the terrible mistake of attempting to be coy by liking someone to show that I'm interested. It only recently dawned on me that, seeing as I'm not an A-Lister, I can't see any of your ⭐️ Likes, as I'm sure most of you can't too, so send me a message instead if you want to chat!
What I’m doing with my life
After years of working and travelling and living in career-limbo, I am now running late for the bandwagon and going to university this September! Going to be studying Tourism, Hospitality and Leisure Management.
The first things people usually notice about me
Either my hair, or they stare and wonder what gender I am!
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books
I love Nick Hornby, David Nicholls, Jeffrey Eugenides, Chuck Palahniuk; anything containing down to earth writing style, sentimental thoughts, and light-hearted humour is a win for me. This little poetry book is my bible I used to carry everywhere with me:

Movies
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Conversations with Other Women, Away We Go, The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, Four Weddings and a Funeral, The Fall, The Cell, Another Earth, and possibly everything by Wes Anderson or Sofia Coppola; Horror, Sci-Fi, Indie, RomComs.
Shows
Game of Thrones, Pushing Daisies, CSI, The Walking Dead, Black Books, New Girl, Archer, The 100, Penny Dreadful, Marvel's Daredevil/Jessica Jones, First Dates.
Music
Jeff Buckley, Bright Eyes, Hey Rosetta!, Angus & Julia Stone, Sharon Van Etten, Billie Holiday, Keaton Henson, Daughter, Ben Howard, M. Ward, Lana Del Rey, The Tallest Man On Earth, Bon Iver, Cat Power, The Black Keys, Counting Crows, Alabama Shakes; Mostly mildly depressing indie-movie folky tunes and those Majestic Casual/Eton Messy electronic vibes.
Food
I will try anything once. My favourites have always been sushi, profiteroles, a good korma and peshwari naan, or crème brûlée. I like cooking but I'm awful at it. However, I have perfected a roasted vegetable couscous and a zesty lemon cake.
The six things I could never do without
My inhaler
Wine
Music collection
Staying up very late
Glasses
Solitude
On a typical Friday night I am
Either drinking all the wine and getting slightly over-confident or Netflix and enough food to negate the week's dieting and exercise.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I can sleep up to 16 hours if I'm hungover.
You should message me if
You want something sweet and simple. I'm very terrible at getting myself across online adequately. I'm far better in real life (after half a bottle of wine) if you'd prefer that.
