My self-summary
I abhor this part. People are more complex and interesting than a paragraph. Here is an attempt: INTP. I internet frequently. Reading is very important to me and I usually have at least 2 books I'm working on at any given point (except during semester). I excel in subtle, dry, deadpan humor. I can (and will) talk your ear off about movies. I have a habit of verbing nouns. I enjoy exercising. Sometimes. (I will not apologize for my parentheticals)

I can't say I'm new to the area, but now that I've got my footing I'm looking to expand my horizons. Meet people. See things, stuff, places. Always on the look out for a new something. I'm from a suburb and am in love with the city.

I also believe that a relationship should be based on friendship. I mean, if something develops, then cool. Either way, we'll have fun.
What I’m doing with my life
Finishing my undergrad in Engineering Physics so the fun can really start.
I’m really good at
I don't like to toot my own horn. I'd rather others make up their own minds. I will brag about my frisbee skills, though.

What I LIKE to do, though:
I love being outside. Paintball, biking, swimming, snowboarding. Just taking a freaking walk through the woods. This planet is gorgeous, and I want to take it in.

I read a lot (when I'm not doing homework, that is). Love me some video games. I like to cook (it's hit and miss... I'll grill the shit out of a cheese, though) My stress relief right now is a model car.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
John Dies at the End. Working on Millennium trilogy, Dragon Tattoo was incredible. Hunger Games. Gone Girl. John Green. Chuck Palahniuk. I will read anything that gets me to think or laugh. Love graphic novels.

Movies: I adore movies, there are way too many to name, but Back to the Future will always be my favorite (more for sentimental reasons, but still much awesome). Anything Tarantino, Wes Anderson, or Danny Boyle. Amelie, Sunshine, Once Upon a Time in the West, Moonrise Kingdom, Scott Pilgrim vs The World. A good drama and I'm set, but I can't handle bad writing. Please give me a plot!

Music: classic and alt rock (though I can't deny my soft spot for some rap and R&B) Then there's blink-182. Of Monsters and Men, Metric, Tegan and Sara, The Sounds, The Joy Formidable, The Naked and Famous, Awolnation, TV on the Radio, Young the Giant, Phoenix, Foster the People, Violent Femmes, Smashing Pumpkins, Foo Fighters, Peter Fucking Frampton, Pink Floyd. I'm working on my vinyl collection.

TV: Hooray Netflix! Breaking bad, How I Met Your Mother, Community, Sherlock, Hannibal, Orphan Black, You're the Worst, South Park, 30 Rock, Archer, Futurama. QI (hooray youtube!).
Six things I could never do without
Good conversation (screw small talk)
Good beer
Internet (it's my real home)
Physics (this goes literally, too)
Oh, holy crap, Coffee. All of the coffee.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Oh man, my mind is always going. I can't pinpoint anything...
On a typical Friday night I am
Hanging out in one way or another. Craft beer is usually involved.
You should message me if
You would like some deep conversation, you want to go in search of some kind of adventure, or if you just wanna hang around and play video games.
The two of us
