My self-summary
I'm really bad at describing myself. I'm very good at falling up the stairs, though, or spilling hot chocolate on myself. I prefer to think of it as 'endearingly clumsy'. I sometimes laugh too loudly. I can't ever get flowers to grow, probably because I always forget that they need watering. I drink a lot of caffeinated beverages, and I'm pretty socially awkward. I used to hop freight trains but now I mostly just go for roadtrips at every available opportunity. I like to watch television with closed captioning because I enjoy reading more than I enjoy watching. I'm don't know what else to say. I'm just kinda a person, I guess.
What I’m doing with my life
Right now? A lot of not much of anything. I tend to spend more time thinking than doing.
I’m really good at
Reading. I do a lot of it, too. I like to curl up in corners with blankets and books. I'm also pretty good at cooking. (I make an excellent cheesecake, or so I'm told. And we all know that cheesecake is very important.) I walk really fast, so I guess I'm good at walking. I also have a lot of useless trivia in my brain.
The first things people usually notice about me
I don't know. I've never had a first encounter with myself, and I don't really pull people aside and ask them what the first thing they noticed about me was.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
There is no possible way for me to give even an abbreviated list of my favourite books.

Studio Ghibli films. Suspiria. Lucio Fulci films are great for gratuitous gore. Barbarella. Atlantis: The Lost Empire. A Beautiful Mind. Battle Royale. Batman: Mask of the Phantasm. The City of Lost Children. Princess Bride. Boondock Saints. Mulan. The Lord of the Rings Trilogy. Zombieland. Scott Pilgrim vs. The World. About 100 others...

Elementary. Cowboy Bebop. Samurai Champloo. Sailor Moon. Generation Kill. Adventure Time. Adam-12. Star Trek (OS and TNG). Firefly. Again, about 100 others.

Opeth. Porcupine Tree. The Doors. Led Zeppelin. Charlie Parker. Tom Waits. VNV Nation. Ministry. Bauhaus. Blackcat Revival. Clutch. Howling Bells. L'arc~en~ciel. Morphine. Mastodon. Rasputina. The Cure. Portishead. The 69 Eyes. Once again, about 100 more. I just really like music.

All of it. Except for tomatoes and pickles. And mustard; I'm allergic to mustard...
The six things I could never do without
My glasses. I can't see without them. If you ever try to murder me, take my glasses first. I won't be able to see, and that means I won't be able to escape.

Books. I'd go mad and die of boredom.

Music. I rarely go anywhere without my music. It would really bother me greatly if I didn't have music anymore.

Caffeine. I know it's bad for me, but sometimes I think it's the only thing keeping my li'l heart beating.

The internet. I get bored very easily, and there's always something entertaining online, if you know where to look.

I can't think of another thing.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
I daydream a lot. About various things.
On a typical Friday night I am
Probably unable to sleep and out walking, or in bed with a book.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I would most likely break some laws in order to get possession of a Mauser C96. But honestly, there's not much I won't admit to. I'm a very open person and I see no reason to be ashamed of my past and the things that I've been through.
You should message me if
you're alive. Please. I'm so lonely. Ha, no, I kid. You should message me because I'm not a horrible person and I like receiving and sending messages.
