My self-summary
Although I have two degrees in engineering, I have switched gears completely and started a trivia company. I've been accused of having a mid-life crisis, but in reality I just finally found something that is perfect for me! I love to travel, explore, eat cuisine from around the world, enjoy craft beer, and live life to the fullest.
What I’m doing with my life
Building a business hosting trivia games at bars and restaurants around Chicagoland.
I’m really good at
Finding places, meeting people, planning trips, fixing or building computers, making new friends, cooking, playing board games, and a number of other things.
The first things people usually notice about me
That I'm outgoing and love life, thrive on talking to people, and try to enjoy every moment of our short time here.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Any compelling nonfiction books -- the world is fascinating. Though admittedly I don't read as much as I should.

When the tv is on, it's usually live sports, the news, or Jeopardy. The Americans and Better Call Saul are my only current shows.

My musical tastes are rather diverse -- I prefer to share that in person.

And I love cuisine from all around the world! I have been to a four-hour cooking class in Vietnam, and very little food scares me. Though I do have an aversion to mushrooms, and the taste of raw tomatoes doesn't agree with me. Otherwise it's all good!
Six things I could never do without
Talking to people
Computers (using, building, and fixing)
Cheering for the Cubs but knowing it's futile
Reading news about the world
Did I say travel?
I spend a lot of time thinking about
where my next trivia game will be, the future of the world, how bad the Cubs are, and other random thoughts.
On a typical Friday night I am
Every night is different! Could be at home after cooking a nice meal, or out on the town. I like to mix things up!
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I'm an open book and in person I am very candid. You'll have to meet me to learn more. :)
You should message me if
I sound like an interesting person. Because I am!
