My self-summary
Once worked at a Michelin starred restaurant, now I design/engineer tech stuff.

Chef, Adventurer, Geek

Travel, outdoor stuff, silly conversations
What I’m doing with my life
During the day I am design engineer for a large semi-conductor company working on the next big thing.

I spent a few years backpacking and working in kitchens. So now on my spare nights, I consult for restaurants and cook books. I test menus, plate dishes, and direct shorts.

I love food and I love gadgets. I like to think I am pretty good at making both.

I was not gifted with hand-eye-ball coordination so I love doing outdoors stuff like backpacking. Hiking to the middle of nowhere and intentionally getting lost (or so I tell myself).
I’m really good at
Installing wireless printers!
The first things people usually notice about me
My cartoon-like hair.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I am obsessed with Top Gear. You can't really beat British accents, slap knee humor, and high speed cars.

I religiously follow The Big Bang Theory. You know that dream every nerd has of meeting the perfect girl next door? Yeah, it helps me live the dream.

Shout outs to Game of Thrones, Family Guy, and Parks and Rec.

I demand good sushi. And I mean the real stuff. Raw fish only, nothing deep fried please.

I prefer eating at hole-in-the-wall places. Most people think that because I've worked at Michelin restaurants, I only like super expensive and complicated food. But to be honest, food to me is very personal. Especially making it but also eating it. It can either come from someone working since dawn using recipes passed down from their grandmother or an aspiring chef trying to reinvent cuisine. I like knowing someone tried really hard to make it as good as it can be. So by reason, I never eat at fast food and chain restaurants. Except for the combo pizza at Costco; that stuff is bomb dot com

I won't lie. My favorite music is whatever I hear on the radio. I like stuff that is so catchy it is stupid. But I like to sign along to songs, what can I say?
The six things I could never do without
1. Rainbow flip flops (or at least slip on shoes)
2. Good headphones
3. A seat next to a window for lunch
4. Automatic soap dispensers in public bathrooms
5. My Google Account
6. You (only applies to cuties... And I may be talking about those little oranges...)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
What my favorite super power is...

And sometimes cape or no cape, but I am pretty sure no cape. You can't bring a fan with you everywhere... Unless you are like storm and can control the weather an create your own wind effects... But I am digressing...
On a typical Friday night I am
Friday nights I usually just unwind from the work week so mostly just a quick beer at the local sports bar or the gym then beer at home, lol.

Weekends are much more fun. I try to go on mini-vacations. I really like taking the train to different parts long the coast.

If I am not going on a mission to find a great meal, I am probably hiking around somewhere.

I really enjoy dancing, not clubbing, DANCING! My friends call me "Double Time"
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I really REALLY love it when you flip over your pillow and it's cold!
You should message me if
You like trying different types of food and searching for your next best meal.

You try to fill your life with fun things to do and new experiences.

You are a happy person. I am a happy person, I like other happy people.
