Have you ever thought about the fact that time might not exist as we perceive it? That everything might be a succession of moments, that capture the state of every bit of matter in the whole universe? This makes time travel possible, as every second represents a specific arrangement of matter and energy. So if we travel to the past, not only we'd be able to live past events, we'd feel what we felt in that moment of time, because feelings are based on chemicals in our body, chemicals are matter and ... you got the picture. The mind boggling part is that every dead person continues to "exist" in the past, their state being recorded, like a snapshot. Try and wrap your head around it. But what about the future? Is it fixed? Do we have free will or is it just an illusion?
