My self-summary
This summary has gone through so many revisions in the centuries since I joined this site, that I really have no idea where to begin anymore.

I'm a software developer. Take from that what you will.

I really need to find newer pictures. But you can get the general idea.

Important note: I won't message you first. Sorry. It's a major personality defect, particularly by the standards of modern american society, but it seems to be one I'm stuck with. Hitting the 'like' button is about as forward as I get.
What I’m doing with my life
Creating various random websites as ideas pop into my head.

Slowly, so slowly, making improvements to the house.

Trying to keep up with the various information sources I follow - blogs, podcasts, etc. I manage it in bursts.
I’m really good at
Programming. Thinking up hair-brained schemes. Forgetting things.
The first things people usually notice about me
My hair (it's almost always purple).
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books, movies, tv: If it's scifi, I probably like it.

Music: if it's full of angry female vocals, I probably like it. Ok, that's not ALL I like, but it does have statistical significance.

Food: if it's bad for me, I might like it. If it has more than the LD50 of salt, I probably like it. If it has cilantro, I will NOT like it.
Six things I could never do without
A computer, a fast network connection, a cell phone, a large monitor, music, and caffeine. Lots and LOTS of caffeine.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Nothing. I rarely manage to spend much time at all thinking of a single thing. I go off on tangents and tangents to tangents and occasionally circle back to the original thought only to fly off in another direction again.

I think about the programming problems I need to solve.
I think about how I'd love to drop a really big rock from orbit onto certain places that piss me off.
I think about how I'd allocate trust funds for all my friends if I were to win the lottery.
I think about the websites I should be working on.
I think about how I'm not working on the websites I should be working on.
"Back in my day, we used tables for layout! And we liked it!"

You know. Random stuff.
On a typical Friday night I am
Used to go out regularly on friday nights drinking with friends. Not so much anymore. At present, I'm probably either working around the house or avoiding doing so.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I am a poster child for lesbian sheep syndrome. You are absolutely going to have to make the first move. ::/
You should message me if
You feel like it? You think I'm cute? You think I'm strange? You have nothing better to do? You hate me and want me dead? (Do let me know which; that's important)

Seriously, go ahead, say hi. The worst I'll do is say hi back.
The two of us
