My self-summary
I am working hard towards my goals. I am making myself great.

Working on my self and towards a house, maybe together we can make it great!
What I’m doing with my life
Working as a Field Quality Representative for a major local brewer. (yes that means I am a professional beer drinker who gets to tell bars to stop serving bad beer on dirty lines)

Trying to save up for a down payment for a house in the coming years. Trying to work on myself for the time being, just recently got back into swimming to work off my hot man bod gut

Been playing in a band with some friends and we are working towards playing out soon and maybe recording some demos.

So fun things to look forward too!
I’m really good at
I have been working a lot at my guitar playing, practice really helps get the ideas out into the open so I'm hoping that soon I can be "really good" at it, but I would like to think myself decently proficient to be able to play light weight progressive rock.

I used to swim competitively and went to states in high school and continued to swim for two years in college before it became too much of a drain on my life.

Video games..? but who cares about that. Though I am pretty boss at the games I play with my friends on occasion.

I do enjoy conversation though, so I suppose that i am good at listening and giving input on what ever. I like to stay focused on goals and analyzing things.
The first things people usually notice about me
That I'm tall, have brown hair and usually wear glasses? Maybe that I enjoy being myself and embrace my own social awkwardness, so that it isn't really that awkward, if you can handle it anyways. Its not that bad. :P

Other than that, I'm not really sure, I haven't really ever heard much about this from people...

I guess in terms of personality people would say that I am smart, I'm usually the one who will endlessly enjoy talking on and on about something that interests me to the point that I'm boggling the minds of those around me.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books: Demon-Haunted World by Carl Sagan (it was life changing for me)
The Princess Bride (A classic fantasy novel)
The Silmarillion
A Song of Fire and Ice Series (aka Game of Thrones)
Eh.. I wish I had more books to list, though I've recently really come to appreciate a good book so this list will continue!
Next on my list: Hitch Hikers Guide to the Universe

Shows: TV Shows that are on HBO, AMC, Science Channel or Adult Swim.

Movies: Eh, not much of a movie go-er.. I guess I would say the classic Star Wars eh.. I just hate using pop culture references to define my personality. Although Army of Darkness is always a classic for me. Hail to the King, Baby.

Music: Progressive music of all sorts. Metal, Power Progressive Metal.... Metal. Guitar virtuoso's, trippy stuff... Ambient electronic, mind melting stuff, who knows. I like lots of music as long as it isn't forced or too cheese.

As for specific bands.. My all time favorite is Blind Guardian.. While they are not a current favorite, it was the band I grew up listening too, so it holds a special place.
My recent listenings would be... many things, I have really been expanding upon my interests in progressive metal, electronic artists. I could go into this long list, but it would be too huge to name. And besides, they are just bands and what not, why don't you try to introduce me to some of the music you connect with and I could do the same for you.

Music is an experience, and it is something to be shared.

Food... Mmmm.. Fat Heads' burgers are amazing, although do not doubt the power of the specials that the Brew Kettle can have at times... Though I do really like oriental foods, thai food is beyond amazing.

On a side note with movies, I tend to like animations, anime.. though its not the only thing I watch. Mecha Anime gets my nerd on. Though I think the whole reason I sort of got into anime a ways back (not as much of a fan as I used to be) was the unrestrictive nature of the stories. There seems to be more exploration within story elements, and exploration is always a benefit. But like any form of media, its like 98% shit now.
The six things I could never do without
1. My senses (touch, taste, smell, see, hear)
2. Music
3. inebriants
4. Intelligent conversation
5. A computer
6. Friends
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Getting better at my music and how to channel my emotions into something that people might want to listen to.

How to get a raise at my job.

Not wanting to be alone as you lie in bed and those dark thoughts creep up.
On a typical Friday night I am
Looking for something to do. Probably having a craft beer at a pub. Video games. Not letting existential dread come in. Maybe some cardio when the weather gets nicer?
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I moved back home with my parents at the moment to help save money.

Planning to move out within a year. If that is a turn off for you, then fuck off.
You should message me if
you want to Make America Great Again!
