My self-summary
A little about me; I have a ridicilous sense of humor and usually tend to see the lighter side of life, also I am sort of a pun afficiando (I should become a professional pundit). I moved to NYC not too long ago and would love to meet someone to explore the city with and go on adventures in boroughs that I would probably never get to visit on my own. As a side note, I am a sort a huge nerd and can sometimes get sidelined and talk about the most ridiculous topics for quiet a while.

Travelling is a hobby of mine I tend to go on a foreign adventure pretty often and get to explore new cities and cultures (also different foods). Generally a quiet weekend night once in a while with a bottle of wine and a a romcom or maybe a new scifi movie is always fun, just got to see Edge of Tomorrow and it totally rekindled my love for scifi. Love discovering new restaurants and have turned down an offer for awesome food gatherings no matter how out there the experience sounded.
What I’m doing with my life
Trying to adjust to living in NYC and figuring out the city and the best places to eat. I have discovered the west side bike path, so I am fortunate enough to get to run along the river everyday! Also, trying to sneak in boxing classes as often as I can.
I’m really good at
I am pretty good at making people laugh or turning any situation into an improv situation, nothing beats coming up with a fun story on the spot and really committing to it and see how far I can take it, in a fun way.

I am also really good at programming, but I don't really think that that garners me an brownie points :)
The first things people usually notice about me
- My sense of humor (it's funny in a 'too soon' sort of way).
- My accent, it only comes out when I say certain words and you wont notice it unless you pay attention or I am drunk.
- Also, apparently people can tell that I am not a New York native.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Favorite books: How to make friends and influence people, Crime & punishment, the idiot, To say nothing of the dog, world war z, Enders Game, Going through Harry potter right now and loving it, walking dead, some obscure red/blue book of OpenGL (old school), mark twain short stories, lots of others that I cannot remember right now.

Favorite Movie: Lucky number slevin and more recently Edge of Tomorrow.
The six things I could never do without
- My friends back home, we tend to talk almost every day.
- My history and origins (life has thrown a couple of curve balls that have made me who I am)
- A good pun or a 'that's what she said' joke... Timing is essential, Michael Scott style.
- Evening runs or workouts, nothing clears the mind and resets the body like exercise.
- My books, which I re-read pretty regularly
- My laptop; essential for work !
- Joe Rogen podcasts, they are the most ridiculous things to listen to especially after a good TED talk.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Usually when bored I wonder how I would fare in a zombie apocalypse or what my role would be in a small group of rag tag survivors scouring the nation for resources during a zombie apocalypse.. I am hoping to be the gadget guys, you know the one that rigs up a paper clip to explode on command and saves the day.

Also, what minor super power would be most awesome to have (btw, it's the ability to see 5 minutes into the future).

Also spending an exorbitant amount of time deciding where to eat only to end up making noodles out of laziness.
On a typical Friday night I am
Exploring the city and finding a happening bar or restaurant and seeing what turns up.

Although, if I've been going to hard at the gym or sports might just in and get some amazing R&R. Nothing beats getting enough sleep and then making fun of all the hungover people the next day !
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
When people say to me; "crack kills", I will moon them 100% of the time.
You should message me if
You feel like going on an exploring adventure of the city or just meet awesome people.
