My self-summary
me irl

I've been lucky enough to live in and travel to quite a few places, have friends from all different kinds of backgrounds and got past my 20s in a relatively healthy state of mind. Hoping to continue that trend in my 30s.

I like good food, travel, mentally stimulating media, board games, being warm and surrounding myself with bright, smart, and most importantly, kind people. I'm a nerd and have a variety of interests. Comics, games and cons.

I dislike misogyny, racism, sexism, imposing your beliefs onto others, intolerance in all ways, one-uppers, people who monopolize conversations or who only want to listen to themselves, cold weather and cliches.

Looking for a partner in crime. No, not the cliche. I mean, a literal partner in crime. I can't bury all these bodies myself. And if you know of a sweet spot where we can dispose of some, let me know. My usual spots are beginning to get filled up. Plus, you know. The smell.

Trump supporters - Um, go away?
What I’m doing with my life
Working in the computer security business by day, dreaming of opening my own comic book cafe at night. Traveling. Making plans to move back to the West Coast eventually.

I love exploring and experiencing new cultures, cuisines and people. I've been lucky enough to travel across the world and that just made me want to experience even more of it.
I’m really good at
Ranting about politics. Sorry, not sorry.
Computer/tech stuff.
Getting lost.
Tolerating and enjoying high levels of spice.
The first things people usually notice about me
"Is that Aziz Ansari?!!"
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
This can be a huge list. Let's give some highlights. Also, lots of reddit.

Neil Gaiman. Chuck Palahniuk. Alan Moore. Peter Rothfuss. Brandon Sanderson
Inception. Reservoir Dogs. The Dark Knight. The Force Awakens. Godfather. The Empire Strikes Back. Aladdin.
Rick and Morty. The Wire. Archer. Vikings. Bob's Burgers. Seinfeld. Bojack Horseman. Westworld.
Nine Inch Nails. Kendrick Lamar. Sting. Muse. Tesseract. The Prodigy. Childish Gambino. Adele
Pakistani/Indian. Thai. A good, juicy burger. Steak.
Six things I could never do without
1. Being warm.
2. A nice, heavy glass of bourbon while watching it snow or rain outside.
3. Spicy food.
4. A warm cup of masala chai.
5. Travel.
6. Taking risks.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Social activism, race/gender politics. Human sexuality. How intellectualism can be turned into an attack in America. Along with liberal and feminism. Bojack Horseman. Rick and Morty season 3. Butts. Reddit.
On a typical Friday night I am
Exploring Chicago, Netflix/Hulu/Amazon Prime and bourbon, out with friends, board games and booze, smashing the patriarchy one deluded MRA at a time, kicking your ass in Mario Kart/Party.

Alternating between ranting at how the fuck we got to this point in America and playing the fiddle while everything burns around me.
You should message me if
You're passionate about something in your life. I love hearing that passion in people.

If you want to punch Nazis.

Really, I'm just looking for intelligent, kind people. Those are the two most basic components.
The two of us
