Now that we've moved passed my love for chocolate milk, here's a rather factual synopsis of my journey.
I moved to the US about 16 years ago after growing up in Mumbai. I've traveled to Thailand, Malaysia, Mexico and even lived in Singapore for a year. I like experiencing different cultures and embrace diversity. I'll never forget my first semester in Wyoming (yes WY!), when someone asked me how I learned how to speak such 'good' English in only 2 months! Obviously, I grasped English rather fluently, on my 24 hour journey from Asia to the US; English for dummies;)!
I’m very self-aware (ESFP for the Myers Briggs fans). I super direct, expressive and very open to talking about all sorts of things, including feelings. There is no reason for anyone in a real relationship to have to deal with uncertainly and uneasiness; life’s only as complex as we make it to be! I know what I want, where I'm going in my life, and strive hard to achieve what I want. I'm naturally quite content, optimistic and adept that filtering the meaningless noise that we’re often bombarded with. My friends often mention that I’m very welcoming, make people feel comfortable, rather quickly and have the ability to get people together, aka the 'glue' (no that's not my nick name!).
I have a very diverse set of interests, such as playing tennis, dancing salsa, working out regularly, listening to music, volunteering, karaoke, road trips, traveling, exploring new places, cooking (amateur), socializing and many other things. I enjoy deep, meaningful conversations with people, although I can be quite sarcastic and enjoy witty banter! I’m generally very excited about life, love meeting new people, and striking up stimulating conversation. I’m active and on the go with a good balance of getting out and laying low. Did I mention that I enjoy writing?
On the career side, I've fairly motivated and driven; a couple of engineering degrees (Mechanical and Computer), an MBA and work in Product Management for one of the largest IT companies.
I’m looking for a life long relationship with a kind, loving, humble, compassionate, selfless and grounded woman who knows what she wants; dreams of a family, possibly a dog or two and envisions a thriving partnership with a man that she’ll love endlessly. My parents have been married for 43 years and I’ve seen and continue to see that ‘active’ love in everyday life. It feels amazing and special; it’s out there and I’ll take nothing less!
I look forward to hearing from you. I wish you the very best in achieving your dreams:)
