I've recently started a spiritual awakening, I'm in a period of great growth. My personal theology is centered on Mother Nature. I'm on a path and quest to gain a deeper understanding of the mysteries she hides right in front of us and apply that knowledge to my life and to inspire others. Odd as it may sound, I'd say I'm on a path to "forest sagedom"... If that is of interest to you or you have something to add to, teach me, or show me to that end, by all means please chat me up.

As for my partner, I'm looking for a woman with a strong mind, body and spirit, I'm not scared by your strength as some. I'm looking for my true match; an adventure buddy, a lover and a best friend; all rolled into one. A pretty, fit and fun partner in crime to share an important part of my life with; someone to walk the figurative and literal paths less traveled with me! A woman with a heart of a lion, the grace of a butterfly, the touch of a humming bird and a spirit for adventure... Can you keep up with me? Let's see!

In a word, I am passionate... Passionate for life. Passionate for my mate, passionate in all I do... I need a partner as passionate as I... A wonderfully synergistically passionate partnership. That's what I want... That's whom I've been waiting for... I want a love worthy of epic poems to be passed down through the centuries to come. Do you even exist?

I was an English major / philosophy minor. I tend to think philosophically and express myself poetically.
What I’m doing with my life
I am living, loving and laughing! Enjoying life dispite and for its ups and downs! It's an adventure meant to be lived to the fullest!

I enjoy writing poetry and short stories. If you're interested in reading, hit me up!

I am an avid outdoorsman and a member of a K9 search and rescue team. I consider the woods to be my sanctuary; my soul lives there.
I’m really good at
Surviving, writing poetry, giving people a reason to smile.
The first things people usually notice about me
First, it seems to be my "aura" or my energy. However you want to say it, people tend to see, feel and notice my presence when I enter a room... Not sure why that is... Just always been that way...

Physically, probably my eyes and long eyelashes!

Then my fun personality and positive outlook in life. Many have told me that I'm an inspiration to them. I piss rainbows... Really, you have to get the light just right and squint a lil to see it though... Lmao!
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I was an English major... I did my share of heavy reading!!! Now, I enjoy reading about things that are useful to my lifestyle... Lots of wilderness survival, dog training, outdoorsy stuff...

I do however write myself regularly.
The six things I could never do without
There is little I can't do without, but for the sake of filling this out...

My sons
The outdoors
A pet (usually a dog)
My health/senses
Mental stimulation
Physical activity
I spend a lot of time thinking about
What really matters in life... Our existance is really quite brief. So many people lose sight of the forest because the trees block their view... I take pleasure in all aspects of this short but crazy adventure.

Where the downward spiral of our world and country will end...

moving off the grid and living in a cabin in the woods...

My chosen path to "Forest Sagedom".
On a typical Friday night I am
If I'm not hanging with my sons, I never know where a night out might lead; and like it that way! But, most likely I'll be on a mountain, by myself or with my dogs taking in Mother Nature and drawing in her strength to clear my mind and refresh my spirit.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I harvest flora and fauna from our forests and eat them...

I to write inspired poetry (inspired by a specific person, place or thing)... I find it to be a great medium to express my feelings...

I LOOOOVE bacon... Not a ton at one time, but prepared in different ways... I had a bacon themed b-day a few years back... Chocolate covered bacon my be the best thing on earth... F you snapple!

Ask me anything, I am an open book...
You should message me if
You have close ties with nature.

You are see past the surface of things in this world, looking deeper and finding meaning in what most people don't see.

You are interested in an adventure...

You think you can handle my passion for life.

Just to find out more about me...

Because you have something you feel inspired to teach me.

Because you think you might have an interest that you think I might enjoy.

Because you'd like to share poetry and perspectives.

You can or are willing to learn to process a deer, elk or other wild game.

You have no problem eating foods (both flora and fauna) harvested from the forest.

You have a cabin in the woods that you need a caretaker for, or can help me figure out how get off the grid.

Because you think this is relevant to you, that you too are a wild thing:

"The Wildings of Wild Things "

Blessed be the wild things that run naked through the trees. We wild things rejoice in our wildings just as do the birds and the bees.

Take flight my fellow wild things leave caution in the wind, if you dare. Not for fear of fist or fang, but just to feel the sun on your skin and the wind blowing through your hair.

Rejoice in the perfection of your imperfection, know you are just as you were meant to be. Run wild, run free, absorb the energy of the world around you. Blessed be the wild things, who do wild things, blessed be you and me.
