I'm looking for a lady (or lady and gentleman, or lady and lady, whoever really) to enjoy scary movies, sexy times, and just nice company with. Hopefully, we can nerd out over a lot of stuff too! I just very amicably exited a 10-year marriage (edit: a previous version said "excited;" not true in my case but I'd love to try exciting a marriage! :P), and while I'm not looking for anything serious right now, I won't run screaming if I find it.
My thing is being sweet and affectionate. I like to make eye contact with a nice smile, hold hands, cuddle, run my hands through hair, etc. It genuinely makes me happy to be a kind and considerate lover and/or friend.
INTJ if you're into that. :P
Also, I'm working really hard to get in shape. I've maintained a consistent gym routine for 3 months now, and it's starting to pay off! I'm totally hiking this year.
On the work side - Color grading (color correction). I'm a very artistic and a very technical person, and this field requires a lot of both sides. I'm also good at dissecting a story and figuring out what works and what doesn't.
Back rubs! Or so I'm told. I do enjoy giving them though.
Slightly obsessed with the original The Twilight Zone, I mean, just think of the imagination it must have taken to write that show back then! Working on Shameless, just guiltily enjoyed Voltron. Waiting for Game of Thrones to come back and missing dearly departed Hannibal.
Working on The Idiot; as much as I love Russian literature, it's the book equivalent of a boss fight. I really liked the Mistborn series. Love Neil Gaiman. Perennial favorites include Lord of the Rings, The Dark Tower, Harry Potter, and Dune.
Logan was incredible, even if it cribbed a little from The Last of Us. Steal from the best and make it your own. :) I loved Get Out too. I also like this indie flick from 1977 called Star Wars. You probably haven't heard of it. :P
I really like good Indian and Nepali food (I know some great places). Also, pizza. Of all kinds.
Also, why OKC shows me so many 0% percent matches. I mean, the concept of a person that agrees with me on literally nothing is fascinating on some level, but it loses its novelty after the 5th or 6th in a row...
2) Reading or writing, or
3) Watching a movie
4) Getting to know someone delightful, like you. :)
Also.... There are some types of folks I'd love to meet. If this is you, I'd definitely love to hear from you:
If you're a fitness buff and looking for a pet project.
If you're flight crew, a police officer, or military (I've got a thing for women in uniform).
If you're film crew. I know the set life and I love it.
If you're a podcaster or streamer. Let's talk shop!
There are some caveats: If you're not a cat person, think you have to hate your ex, or think in black and white terms about relationships, maybe we shouldn't meet.
