My self-summary
In a struggle to write the wittiest, most clever self-summery ever, I chose instead to just say hello.

Hi there.

Rather than go on about my favourite books, films, music etc. ; or list the shining points of my personality; or open up about my "deep, spiritual" nature and how I feel life is a glorious adventure - blah blah blah, let me just reiterate my greeting - Hello.
What I’m doing with my life
Balancing and juggling have become two important skills for me - though keeping deadly objects rotating in the air and walking a tightrope are not in my forte. It is the eternal New York scenario of busy work life and wealth of interesting things, fun places, and good people to balance and juggle. I wouldn't have it any other way !

In a nutshell, I am gainfully employed in the performing arts - keeping the world safe for classical music ! I also play a pretty mean guitar, but in a nice way.
I’m really good at
not bragging about myself - well, except for the guitar assessment (see above).
The first things people usually notice about me
Could be my eyes
Could be my humorous outlook on life
Could be my eyes look funny
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
And here is the section where I can go on about my favourite books, films, and music (food, not so interesting to me).

Well, the list is long and ever expanding. A few notable entries to give a hint :

Film - works of Federico Fellini, Woody Allen, Tim Burton, intelligent comedies, insightful dramas, and Bond films

Books - Dyslexia plays havoc with my reading, but some favourites are F. Scott Fitzgerald, Mark Twain, The New Yorker

Music - Here is where the list will get very long if I don't stop myself, so, just a few - Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, David Bowie, Sex Pistols, Mozart, Wilco, Clash, T Rex, Tom Waits, Rolling Stones, New York Dolls, Louis Armstrong, Johnny Cash . . . . . . . . . . . . .
Six things I could never do without
San Pellegrino Water
Fortnum & Mason's Earl Grey Classic
Good Sleep
Good Company . . .
I spend a lot of time thinking about
my thoughts. or, sometimes something else.
On a typical Friday night I am
looking for something atypical to do, though I have no idea what typical is.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I was raised by a German Shepherd - Ok, not too private, as anyone who knows me knows this fact, but still, it is a little odd to put that on a dating site.
You should message me if
you are interested in what is behind my goofy answers to these profile questions; you like to laugh; you like intelligent conversation; you like to laugh at intelligent conversation; and if you are interested in making new friends - more can be determined . . .
