My self-summary
I'm a guy...you know one of those people who have XY chromosomes.

Nobody ever knows what to say on these damned things, but hell or high water I'm going to try. I like to make people laugh and I'd like to think that I'm pretty good at it. No, seriously, you should give it a try.

It'd be neat to go to a movie with someone and then go to dinner so we could discuss the movie. Hopefully the movie would be either pretty good or pretty awful, because it's no fun to talk about mediocre movies.

If movies don't suit your fancy, I could provide some free bowling lessons. Or hell, if you're better than me I always am looking to improve my game.
What I’m doing with my life
I technically have a "career" job now, but I haven't decided if it's a permanent one. The field I'm in is definitely permanent, but the company will probably change eventually.

Really trying to get in better shape. I spent a lot of time being out of shape, and, well, it hasn't done me any good.
I’m really good at
Telling a good story.

Also trivia. I love trivia. It might stem from many years of high school Quiz Bowl. I can show off my trophy even! (Inter-county champs!)
The first things people usually notice about me
My distinctive eccentricity.

I also pass for intelligent....until I have to operate any kind of printer.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I just straight up adore science fiction stuff; good, bad, or weird I'll have at least a passing interest in it. I've been a long time Star Trek fan, a Star Wars nerd, a 2001 appreciator, and Futurama enjoyer. Me and my friends like to have our own bad sci-fi movie nights, where we sit around and be confused by bad B-movies (the kind that are even too bad for Mystery Science Theater 3000).

Outside of futuristic stuff, I just have a general love of movies. I'll watch any movie at least once.

Revealing my music tastes, would definitely expose me as being horribly outdated, but lately, I've been so happy to feel like a hipster and tell everyone that I liked Daft Punk before they were cool. Those guys are my absolute heroes.
The six things I could never do without
1) All of my friends. I've picked them too well to give them up.
2) My automobile. Kind of embarrassed to admit it, but I got a Mustang....it's kind of the best.
3) The internet. It's got literally everything.
4) My dear old mom. She's done so much for me.
5) Occasional barbeque meals. If America deserves to remembered for anything it's barbeque.
6) Occasional gaming. PC, console, doesn't matter I just love me some video games.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
How to answer this question without seeming like a dunce or a pretentious ass.
On a typical Friday night I am
Well, up until recently it was watching hockey, but my team is out now, and the off season is coming...so I need something to do now haha.

Ideally though, I'd be spending it with a fun girl, hence why I am here (duh, not shopping for car parts on OKC)
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
The bodies are under the....nice try FBI.

I guess a real answer would be that I guess I like girls on the bigger side. Not ashamed of it or anything, just not something that really comes up. It's not super important though.
You should message me if
You wanna tell me which Beatle is your favorite.

(The answer is Ringo and always will be)
