I've been sitting here (granted only 60 seconds or so) and just realized this 'self-summary' is mildly worthless. I mean I could go into the things I like/do or even the contrary, but that doesn't even scrape the surface. Yes, I like being active, spontaneous, and going to happy hour, etc. but that doesn't give you an accurate representation of who I really am. These are just generalities that most people include in their profile.
The 'self-summary' should be more about exposing personality, not a list of things I favor or do. Any two people can find commonalities between one another to satisfy a minimal relationship. Finding someone you genuinely enjoy being around stems not from where they came from or what they like to eat, but from similar dispositions.
