I love to read, especially about history, and in my professional life I'm a software engineer for a Californian network security company. I work from home and in my spare time I enjoy attempting amateur home improvements. One day I'll write a novel.
I enjoy great conversation accompanied by coffee and/or wine, and despise nightclubs. I love science (especially astronomy), learning about new things, and my cat.
I'd really like to meet somebody who has some or all of these qualities - maybe that's you:
- A great mind
- A quirky, questionable or downright bizarre sense of humor
- Complimentary of my cooking
- Something that's not on this list
Recently I completed a few milestones - received my green card, bought my first house, even finally got my orthodontics off! Now that I'm in Florida there are new goals - finding a splendid girl, meeting new friends, and learning how to pronounce "water" without the T.
On the other hand, I suck at pronouncing French, going to the gym and employing Oxford commas.

You're comfortable in your own skin and have your own opinions about things. You're equally at home with a cup of coffee or a glass of good wine :)
