My self-summary
My general feeling is that genes are like a pair of tight gene pants, and no one really fits in properly. From my experience, I find those who don't just mesh into the masses are usually more interesting and unique.

For the general litany, my name is Jeffrey, and I am 22, 6'2'' 240 lbs and am very interested in history, writing, architecture, and classical music (I know, not many people are into it these days).  I also quite enjoy satire, improv, and just as a hobby, play the piano, which you can see here: Of course, there are plenty of other things I enjoy as well, and I like to keep an open mind. : )

I am friendly, affectionate, eccentric, and a bit nerdy-- hard not to notice those things...

As an update, I am in an open relationship. Sharing is welcome. : )
What I’m doing with my life
I am very interested in writing, history, architecture, music history and psychology.

Currently, I am working on submitting some of my fiction and poetry for publication.
I’m really good at
Cursing gleefully at other drivers, psychology, music history, useless esoterica, and, far better than those, creativity-- well, for better or for worse. ; )

I love to write
Though it's a blight;
If I were you,
I'd hasten in flight.

Though strangers sight,
My audience bite
I can't blame them, though,
For that was trite.

Is it wrong or right
To wickedly write?
Perhaps only wrong
If it puts up a fight.

I promised my audience freedom at last
(They'd had quite a fright,
And the chains were too tight.)
But, lucky for you, this poem has passed.
And didn't I warn you to hasten your flight?

Also, I have an odd and slightly twisted sense of humor.
The first things people usually notice about me
That I'm not afraid to be who I am.

They also notice that I like to assume that those around me are capable of holding their own intellectually, I do not treat them as fools, and to expect them to keep up. (Mind you, I do love teaching people.) I like people with a head on their shoulders. Though Marie Antoinette still looks cute without one...
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books: Terry Pratchett!!! I love satire : )

Movies: The Threepenny Opera, Brazil, Arsenic and Old Lace, Start the Revolution Without Me, Keeping Mum, Amadeus, The Reduced Shakespeare Company, V for Vendetta, The Red Violin, Death Becomes Her, Oktyabr, Noises Off, and anything by Bertolt Brecht, Mel Brooks, Terry Gilliam, Monty Python, or Sergei Eisenstein (purely for his directorial style, though with a Mountain of grains of salt).

Music: Beethoven, Mendelssohn, Bach, Dvorák, Rachmaninov, Tchaikovsky, klezmer, Brahms, Medtner, Gershwin, Sullivan, Shostakovich, the Preservation Hall Jazz Band, and plenty of others. A lot of instrumental music, particularly the passionate tempest of "classical music," though I also very much enjoy jazz (particularly swing and dixieland) and much other theatrical and instrumental music.

Food: Ah, where to begin... I love good food... : )
Six things I could never do without
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Absolutely everything-- I am a daydreamer with a great imagination.
On a typical Friday night I am
Spending time with friends-- watching a movie or whatever else should strike our fancy.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I have introduced a number of my friends to the show, Doctor Who, and several of them have remarked that the Doctor's personality is apparently "strikingly similar" to my own.
You should message me if
I sound at all like your type : )
