My self-summary
I'm originally from Georgia (the state), came to DC for college and then left for a few years to do Peace Corps in Ukraine, grad school in Boston, and then short-term Peace Corps in Georgia (the country). Back in DC after about 4 years and I love it.

I studied international affairs and I'm passionate about what I do and my career path promoting human rights and gender equality.

Outside of work, I love going to cultural events in DC, hitting up the pool in the summer with my friends, watching too much Netflix, and going to see movies. I also love getting out of the city for short trips. Recently, I've been exploring Virginia through hiking, breweries, wineries, and strawberry picking.

I also have an adorable cat named Maximus Decimus Meridius, but you can call him Max.
What I’m doing with my life
