My self-summary
Oct 2016:
I'm in an exciting transitional period in life. Working hard to become a chef, hoping to one day use all of my many skills to round out a great life.

If you want to play chess as a first date, I'll clear my calendar.

In all seriousness, I'm enjoying busy in NYC, but also great at making at keeping plans. If you are too, we're off to a great start.

[My pictures are from all over the last few years of life. If you're curious for something up to the minute, just ask. Also, if you're into photography at all, let's make a deal. I need new pictures]
What I’m doing with my life
1. Cooking at two renowned New York restaurants. Loving the thrill of the mental and physical push required to succeed.

2. When I have time off, I'm quite interested in some non-conventional fun. I've been in New York 5 years, and I've loved every second. I'm ready to push into the next part of my time here and connect with all sorts of wonderful, inspiring people.
I’m really good at
Identifying philosophical essence.
Makin' funky beats.
Being direct.
Making you breakfast.
The first things people usually notice about me
depending upon what I'm wearing, maybe my thoughtful/well designed tattoos.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Bukowski -> Marcus Aurelius

Music: has to have passion. technique is fine but overrated.

food: evolving. Let's go taste something wild together.

drink: whiskey/scotch/tequila, wine, water, coffee, tea. That's literally it.

smoke: sativa for creative work, indica for yoga & watching films, Padron cigars ('64) to feel like a boss and the occasional Nat Sherman or American Spirit cigarette for the hell of it.
The six things I could never do without
the chance to learn and improve
good, inspiring people
sharpening stone
new experiences
I spend a lot of time thinking about
-How to better achieve my values (and what they are in the first place)
-The tug between us being animals and becoming gods.
-what strangers would look like naked
On a typical Friday night I am
I'll go to a loud bar or club if there is great music.

Otherwise, I'd much rather enjoy the company of a small group of good, interesting people with food, wine, herb, music, talkin' about space and time travel, etc.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
The most beautiful thing on earth is the female body...but the second most beautiful is the male body.
You should message me if

You have epic dreams and a plan to pull reality towards them.
You're an artist who wants to talk about philosophy, purpose and expression.
You know what polyamory is and you think it makes a lot of sense.
