My self-summary
I am an intelligent, well spoken guy who is extremely cheerful and quick with a laugh and a smile.

I am a giant nerd and I like this about myself. I even named my cat after a Jedi.

I have been living in the Seattle area for a good seven years now, and I love this city. I moved here from central Montana, where I earned my BFA in acting. Montana is a beautiful state but it is very hard to find good Indian food there. I am on my way to becoming a professional chef and I am loving it. I have a job I enjoy, good friends, a loving supportive family and an adorably vocal kitty. All that's left is to find a woman who considers my particular brand of weirdness endearing.
What I’m doing with my life
I recently graduated from culinary school at Le Cordon Bleu and am now working at a local pie shop. Cooking and baking is my passion, and not to toot my own horn, but I am really very good.
I’m really good at
Cooking, baking, making AMAZING chocolate truffles, putting those little plastic screen protectors on phones, acting and cooking (did I mention that already?)
The first things people usually notice about me
I would say my smile, but in reality, it's probably my laugh.

TV Shows: West Wing, Friends, Grey's Anatomy, Scrubs, Firefly, Battlestar Galactica, Arrested Development, That 70's Show, How I Met Your Mother, The Big Bang Theory, Farscape, The Newsroom

Six things I could never do without
1) Family and friends
2) NPR
3) My entertainment center
4) My condo
5) My car
6) A well equipped kitchen
I spend a lot of time thinking about
New tasty recipes, what I want to do next in the culinary field, what combinations of flavors will make good jerky or chocolate truffles. (beef jerky truffles!?)
On a typical Friday night I am
Hanging with friends, hosting a board game night, thinking up and creating new and interesting ice cream flavors, curling up with a movie or game, or contemplating why 42 is the answer to life the universe and everything.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I won a male beauty pageant in college because of my verry special performance, a kilt may have been involved. Ask me about it some time.

Also, it's not private, but I am on the special features DVD of a fairly well known Indi film.
You should message me if
You're a bit of a geek like me, you can laugh at life, you want me to cook for you, or if you like Chinese or Indian food. I can't wait to hear from you.
