My self-summary
Anytime time I try to summarize myself it ends up making very little sense and is way too long so I'll try and focus on the highlights which will also be way too long.
-I love sports but also love Star Trek
-Its not completely out of the ordinary for me to yell at inanimate objects from time to time.
-I swear a lot and make various grunts and sounds when curious, angry, in pain, or tired.
-I enjoy a good debate regarding topics of substance such as politics, culture, religion, etc. I also have no problem talking sports, music, or which Lethal Weapon movie is best. Its the second one.
-I recently found out I suddenly like Swiss cheese and have been dealing with the emotional roller coaster that followed.
-I have a tendency to equate difficult situations with something humorous. Its my way of coping. Plus I'm pretty sure it's incredibly charming.
Theres plenty more i'm sure but I'll leave it up to you to ask....or I'll tell you as I remember them.
What I’m doing with my life
I just moved back from living and teaching in Europe so everything's a bit crazy at the moment. I'm a teacher by trade so I'll be doing that in some capacity again this fall. . I am also slowly starting to enjoy my daily jog...very slowly.
I’m really good at
Giving spur of the moment Civics lessons and finding humor in everything. I'm also good at falling from things without getting hurt.
The first things people usually notice about me
I tend to be shy at first but when I'm comfortable with my surroundings I'm told I can take over the room. I choose to take it as a good thing and roll with it. So if I'm shy, don't worry it will pass. I really have no idea what people notice about me, i've never really asked.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I'm always looking for something to grab my interest. Kurt Vonnegut, Charles Bukowski, Sarah Vowell and Sherman Alexie are a few favorites.

I love all kinds of movies and will watch whatever you ask me too. I tend to lean towards comedies most of the time. Anything with Bill Murray or Coen Brothers will do just fine.

As for food, I love trying new things and will try anything once which has lead to some interesting situations. Favorites would be sushi, carrots, and anything my grandma makes. Again, I am trying to cook more so I can make healthy meals that don't completely ruin my day.
Six things I could never do without
1. Family/friends
2. Sushi
3. Coffee
4. Books.
5. Travel
6. My niece, she's awesome....although she called me an asshole the other day so this may change.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
My future and trying to figure out why they stopped making Pudding Pops.
On a typical Friday night I am
Going out with friends or staying in and fighting the Raccoons that keep invading my backyard. Maybe a show here and there.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
When I was about 10 years old I threw a tuna fish sandwich on my neighbors car and framed my little sister.
You should message me if
You have the desire and want to grab a coffee, drink, burrito, etc.
