I love traveling and to travel as much as possible. I've recently lived in Spain, Quebec, and Brazil. I speak 5 languages right now and am constantly trying to learn more.
I'm a pretty positive, optimistic person all the time and strive to spread that energy to all around me; I expect I'll be laughing on my death bed.
My hobbies mostly all surround food and drink. I love researching world cuisines, understanding cultural connections to food, and just cooking when I can. I've found that food is by far the most benign and consistently easy way to engage other people from different cultures.
Beyond that, I'd love to talk about my other interests if you'd ever like to talk
Shows: Rick and Morty, Ren and Stimpy, Breaking Bad, Narcos, The Americans, Comedy Bang Bang, Seinfeld, Old Simpsons, Curb Your Enthusiam, The Leftovers, Workaholics, South Park, Mid 90s SNL, Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia, and Law and Order (OG version of course, not the highly overrated, idealistic SVU).
Movies: I love cinema and try to watch several movies a week. At the moment I'm into Brazilian and Korean cinema. I'm always open to new recommendations as long as they're not romantic comedies...or just shitty feel-good movies.
Music: For most of my life I loved 90s alternative with my favorite bands being the Smashing Pumpkins and Tool. Now I listen to a lot of classic and hair metal. But I really love a diverse set of music including funk, Music Popular Brasileira, rap that doesn't take itself seriously (WU-Tang 4eva), and 80s synth pop. I don't really how people can "like everything except country here."
Do they like this then?
Food: I live for food. Really anything well done with great ingredients can be amazing. But on my death bed maybe pad thai...no no, fried chicken...no, steak tartare.
Edit: Now I'm a pescatarian. So fried clams/seafood and fish tartare.
