Before this, I spent 2.5 years at an international school in Germany and three years in NYC at the new York Public Library. I grew up in Seattle, moved east to attend Dartmouth College from which I graduated in 2002. Since then, I have taught French, Religion, library skills, and worked in a public library (specializing in young adult work). I've worked with kids ages 2-18!
I received my masters in library science in 2006. I'm currently working on a second masters in Education. If I had the money, I'd love to get a masters in theology, because it's interesting.
I adore travel. At 60+ countries and all 50 states, I admit I sometimes go to tick them off my list, but you should hear my stories of my 5 minutes in Nebraska or spending an hour in Croatia before I even knew what country I was in. That happens when you drive to a lot of destinations. But to be fair, I've lived on three continents, so it's been easier to get to all the tiny countries in Europe and the Caribbean.
(b)Lawrence of Arabia
(c) In no particular order: How I met your mother, QI, Grey's Anatomy, Bones, Castle, Mock the Week, Would I Lie to You, The Big Bang Theory.
(d)Classical, show tunes, opera
(e)Most anything. I love to cook! I'm especially good at desserts. I prefer savory dishes to sweet when eating, but I love to bake for others.
You have a faith or are actively questing/agnostic. I'm an Episcopalian, and fairly conservative religiously (fairly liberal politically).
