My self-summary
I live on line 1, a few stops from the Champs or 20 minutes from Bastille area and nights out there :-) Second time around in France after a few years back in UK. Generous and kind and human (all of these qualities are made more possible by the essential cup of coffee in the morning). A big fan of the cinema, Hollywood and independent films. Moments of sportiness, particularly tennis, and hopefully skiing in the winter. Private picnics in the countryside. Fun and creative.
What I’m doing with my life
Improving it hopefully
I’m really good at
Making pasta dishes, drinking and making coffee, talking, not talking, spontaneousness, finding places to go for days out, obscure trivia, listening, having fun.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Most films with Robert de Niro, Al Pacino, Gary Oldman, Sharon Stone, Michael Douglas, Daniel Auteuil, Jean Reno, Isabelle Huppert, Christine Scott-Thomas, Michael Fassbender, George Clooney etc. Books I like include Atonement, anything by Alexandre Dumas, most good thriller books. I love most old rock, 60s music, heavy metal, dance, 90s Britpop/indie, and contemporary tunes, classical piano, and latino music. I do have some songs in my music collection that are just there for nostalgia but that my friends love to tease me about. I love French, Georgian, Russian, Italian food and Japanese but not sushi, what's with the cold rice? sashimi is delicious though :-)
The six things I could never do without
iphone, tasty food, books and films, friends and family. And because why should it be just six things, I would also need travelling and being close to the sea, in the sea.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
World peace, my next holiday by the sea, my family, friends, my next Italian meal, driving through the mountains of Italy.
On a typical Friday night I am
either out with friends eating and drinking, or at home with a DVD with friends.
You should message me if
you would like to :-)
