My self-summary
I have such a problem writing about myself. Too much and I seem conceited, not enough and it's too vague.
Let's start with me: I'm well educated, intelligent, and according to my friends, witty ( with the ability to make people laugh so hard they cry), well traveled , cultured, and very energetic. I find myself pursuing some very geeky hobbies-I love to hike in the woods or kayak in the swamp and photograph and identify what I see. I do like to forage for wild edibles ( but never quite seem to have much luck), and I read...a lot...5 books at once a lot. While I live in Manhattan, I also spend a lot of time upstate, mostly gardening and traipsing around the woods. I have great friends, some I've known since I was an over energetic child dashing about the school getting into trouble.
I went to boarding school for 7 years, and loved it. I had so many interests I had to have 3 majors in 3 different colleges. I was extremely lucky growing up, as I was able to take lessons on anything that interested me ( and some that didn't mother always signed us up for some sort of lesson saying "what if you go to a party and everyone is doing ( fill in with whatever activity), and you're the only one who doesn't know how). I ski ( both cross country and downhill), kayak/sail , hike, bike, ride (horses, I'm an accomplished hunter/jumper,and have been a trainer) , and rollerblade. I can be a bit shy when I first meet someone, but if we click the shyness drops pretty quickly.
So a quick summary...ME: well rounded, witty, smarty pants :)

As for you - intelligence is very important, as is being able to communicate . Being active , well rounded and traveled is definitely a must. I don't care if you don't share any interests with me, I always love to learn and share .
What I’m doing with my life
I have been working in the fashion industry for a while now, but feel that I want to go off on my own. Or go back into interior design. I love both, so I'm finding it very difficult to decide.
I’m really good at
many, many things
The first things people usually notice about me
you know, I've never asked.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
There are really too many things to list here, so I'm not going to even try.
Six things I could never do without
( these are minus the obvious ,(family, friends etc).
my books
my tools for creations ( computer, sewing machine, art supplies etc)
forests to roam in
my camera
I spend a lot of time thinking about
what I should read next
On a typical Friday night I am
at a dinner party, out in the city traipsing around, going upstate to my family's place, or home reading.
You should message me if
you want to-
